Would stay again anytime we are in the area!

The front office staff was exceptionally helpful and recommended amazing restaurants locally. The lovely woman at breakfast brought sunshine to our day. The breakfast was great and the bacon was even better.

The morning breakfast staff was excellent and so friendly. Our room was comfortable and clean. We did have to go to the front desk for clean towels one night. The front staff member couldn't get off her phone to address my request. She acted bothered.

I stayed at the MP, SC CI&SPP on two non-consecutive night. The suites were nice. A few drawbacks - parking was sparse; the breakfast was ok, but the attendant was loud and obnoxious; the room was nice, but you could not draw the curtains in, so at night a lot of light was let into the room, making it hard to sleep... and in the morning, the excess light woke me up earlier than wanted.

Upon arrrival the front desk agent did not even say hello. She acted as if we were disturbing her. The breakfast staff consisted of one person to cook, clean, and help with patrons. The smell in the room and hallways was putrid. Last but not least the fire alarm going off twice in one evening. The staff never apologized or conversed with us in regards to anything. I would never recommend this hotel even though is conveniently located. As some one who worked for both Marriott and Hilton for numerous years I can honestly say this was by far the worst experience I ever had.

Fire alarm?

Good stay. Convenient to Charleston. The staff let us keep our bikes in our suite because no other room like the office available. However, some negatives. The room was a little noisy with heavy feet above. Also, fire alarm went on without any explanation at 3 am. Didn’t know if we should evacuate or not. Never explained why.

We had never been to Charleston. This hotel in Mount Pleasant was a perfect location to everything. 10 minutes to downtown and Sullivan Island Beach. We walked to dinner at Shem’s Creek. We also walked to the USS Yorktown. There is great park under the Ravenel bridge you could walk to also.

Zwei Nächte incl Frühstück hatten wir - Zimmer waren nicht zu lüften - nur eine uralte Klimaanlage - Zimmer wurden nicht gereinigt und keine Betten gemacht - am 2. Abend mussten wir um zusätzliche frische Handtücher fragen - beim Frühstück!?!? gab es keine Butter: auf Nachfrage: its out! Morgens um 8 Uhr - es gab nur Plastikgeschirr, zu Essen an schmutzigen Tischen und selbst in riesige Mülltonnen zu entsorgen - der Teppichboden im Zimmer lebt! Restlos desinterressierte Mitarbeiter! Unser Fazit zu diesem Hotel auf unserer Südstaaten Rundreise: Never again!!!!!! Zwischen Preis und Leistung klaffen Welten - kein Verständnis für die Empfehlung!!!!!
