Both employees at the front desk were so friendly, kind and helpful. The room was very clean and quiet. Linens were nice, and the bed was super comfortable. Didn’t really like the barn door style closure for the bathroom but no big deal. Everything else more than made up for that. The free breakfast was amazing. As an early riser, I really appreciate coffee being available super early.
It was well taken of by the staff!!! Rooms were very clean and comfortable!!!

Okay but could have went smoother
It was okay. I got a call confirming our arrival and was told I could check in early on the app. Tried to do it only to find out since we booked 3rd party we couldn't when we went into the hotel. Then while I was talking to the lady on the phone she said our room most likely would be ready if we got there early. Got there early and it wasn't ready. Was told it would be ready in 15 minutes and 45 minutes went by and still wasn't ready. Then I got told oh well check in actually isn't till 4 so it was closer to the actual time so they weren't late. Even though the lady that called me at 2 told me that it was pretty much done and it would be okay to come in early. Then we finally got our room and went to put some food in the fridge and the door fell right off. Also the bed wasnt comfortable at all. Despite the fact that the location was close to where we were having to go it wasn't the best Hampton I stayed it
Staff was friendly and helpful. I booked a room with 2 queen beds but was given a room with 1 king bed. They changed it quick and all was good.

Wasn’t aware of pet fee until arrival.
Stayed on 2nd floor this trip. One our rooms had water leaking from AC unit on the floor.
Was called back to the hotel at 6 pm, saying that our dogs were barking. They do not constantly bark at anything so highly doubt it was our dogs.
We came back and took the dogs with us.
The next morning as I was headed downstairs for breakfast, I heard another dog barking so think that was the actual dog barking the evening before.
I stayed for one night for a concert. Three hours before check-in, I was called to change my room because I accidentally booked a handicap room. I was willing to change. When we arrived no ac in hallways of third floor. Our fridge was broken. We called front desk and they quickly brought us a new fridge that also didn’t work, and that was full of mold. They did offer to hold our food in the cooler however I wanted my food in the room and shouldn’t have to keep my food at front desk. We had to leave for the concert so we couldn’t resolve anything right then and change rooms. The outlets were all broken and exposed wires. The floors were disgusting with grime building up in the corners. The AC unit filters were broken and one was missing. The way that Customer Service is handling this is very poorly. I have asked for compensation from multiple people and management as well as Expedia. The compensation that they’re offering is unacceptable. When speaking to management, he was very short.
Being offered another room would have been nice but they are offering $25 refund and never offered for me to change rooms. They did offer points but will not stay at a Hilton again so points are not of use to me.
I will say that they did have a nice continental breakfast And the pool area was clean and evening staff and morning staff was kind.
Maybe this was just an unlucky experience but I feel like with the money we paid for this room the experience should have been better.
The hotel was in good condition, repairs done well. Always our first choice when traveling.
Adults were unable to use swimming pool because of 8 children made it undesirable. It’s a small pool so with a bunch of loud, excited kids isn’t designed for adults who would actually like to swim. Front desk offered no solutions.
