We stayed 3 nights. Thus far best value for your dollar in Europe. Nice size room, good bathroom, and service. Breakfast was great and affordable. The only issue is that bathtubs are slippery and they don’t provide a mat unless you request it. My wife had a bruise rib for days. Our fault I guess but standardizing it would be nice.

This is my second stay at the Cosmopolitan. The room was comfortable, quiet, not too hot or cold and clean. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast buffet is generous. It does get crowded in the morning with tour groups having their breakfast. But there was always a seat for me. The only thing was that I didn’t get the welcome gift I think I was supposed to get but that’s minor- I really like staying in this area - it’s really well situated and I can walk almost everywhere I need to go and public transit is all around. There’s convenient shopping and good restaurants as well as easy access from the train and bus stations and airport transfers are easy by public transport or uber. I will stay here again when I come to Prague.

Short stay

We stayed 2 nights. Here are the positives and negatives. Positives: excellent location, a large window that can be opened, comfy bed, good speed WiFi, good working air-con, friendly house keeping staff and good quality toiletries. Negatives: poor quality bathroom slippers that makes weird noise when walking in bathroom, poor quality and limited breakfast options, the whole dining space, china and cutleries smelled of egg, turn-down service was just a couple of chocolate, no kettle in Executive room just coffee machine, very limited tv channels, hairdryer switches off every minute and staff in dining and reception could be a bit friendly.

This is my 2nd time staying at this place. First time was in 2017 for 9 days. This time only stayed for one night . Of course decor is a bit outdated compared to the other places that I stayed recently but cleanliness and very welcoming staffs made me overlooked the outdated decor. Overall, I really like staying at this hotel.
