beautiful room. i stayed in the suite. i didn’t know the tree in the room was real. there were a few spiders. the bed was comfortable. sink water had a little smell to it. same as the toilet but they provided you was drinkable water. the food was good at the restaurant

The hotel was beautiful!! It is not an ultra modern hotel, it has the nice genuine authentic feels of Guatemala. The room was clean, had everything we needed, and the a/c splits were enough to keep the room cold. The grounds in the hotel are meticulously kept and are amazing to just walk through and explore. The food was delicious, we especially enjoyed the Saturday morning breakfast buffet. There was a good selection, the food was fresh, warm, and delicious and to make it even better, there was a quartet who went around from table to table to sing songs. The hotel had a very relaxing atmosphere, I like that they had security by the door at night and would not allow us to enter until they verified that we were staying at the hotel. The front desk was also very helpful in getting us transportation back to Guatemala City when we were leaving.

Beautiful property. Free covered parking available if you rent a car. Free breakfast was delicious and came with coffee and juice. Their roof top has a clear view of the volcano. The location is central to everything. Walking distance to the Arco, parque central and tons of shopping and restaurants. I would stay here again.

Beautiful home, comfortable, new
