The staff was excellent during check in and when I reported an issue with the air conditioning. The air conditioner was not working properly. The bed next to the air conditioner was cool but the rest of the room was warm. When I reported this to the staff on duty he offered me a small fan but maintenance was gone for the day and all rooms were already booked.

The staff was amazing and very helpful. We especially enjoyed being immediately adjacent to Restoration Park.

The room was clean. I paid $283 for a shoebox room. I felt the room and ammenitirs not met price structure and needed more space as to not walk into a bed or bathroom vanity area. Small small for price. Will not choose this Comfort Inn again

Pulled back covers and found large stained area on sheets. Went to front desk and was offered another room on higher floor but elevators were not working. Was told house keeping was not available to replace bedding. So I booked another hotel and left

Just want to say, stay away from tis hotel. I have stayed at many studio 6 and this is not a good. The staff was lazy and didn't want to get up and talk to you. They just sit there and talk. And if they have to get up they are not too happy. Housekeeping was a big issue because we did not get any. We were there for 5 day and the room was never touched. We had to go out and buy our own towels so we could take showes. I would tell my friends and family to stay away
