Picked this because the location was very convenient, but a big mistake. The shower door was coming off the track. The hand lotion dispenser fell off the wall as soon as we touched it. There was no toilet paper holder in the bathroom. We checked out early and found a nicer place and the hotel refused to refund the nights we canceled.

A great experience

Room is tiny and so is the bathroom. Breakfast is typical...waffles, hard boiled eggs, yogurt etc. Bring your own soap and shampoo because the dispensers do not work. The front desk person is friendly and helpful. Discounts available for amusement park and hot springs. Very clean.

The staff was very helpful with our clean room that had a mountain view. There was no time to use the hot tub.

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had we paid $50-$60 for parking left briefly to go eat Dinner and came back and they had the gate locked and said we couldn’t park there because it was full. This is after we already paid for the parking and we were told tough luck and to figure it out the service was beyond rude and an awful overall experience. the rooms are spartan. concrete floor with small rug. Bed was pretty good, shower decent. Room felt clean. Room wasn't ready when we arrived at 4p. rooms are big. Front staff were didn't seem to care or want to be there. Its a decent hotel, but I'll try somewhere else next time.
