The staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly - restaurant and kids club staff were lovely! The breakfast buffet was plentiful and had a whole range of delicious food - something for everyone.
We had a pool access room which was fantastic - the pool was great, it had a slide for kids and a couple of pool bars that meant it was easy to slide up for cheeky drink every now and again.
The beach club (across the road - though you won’t notice it) was great, the pools there were excellent, with the food and drink offerings just as good as the rest of the resort - the Japanese was excellent! Movie night for kids is also held at the beach club and it was a lovely setting for the kids to settle down whilst the parents had a chilled dinner nearby.

We had a beautiful family vacation at The Sebali Resort.
Before our arrival, the management notified about possible noise from a nearby construction. Luckily they did whatever they could to remedy the situation by allocating a separate room away from the construction site during our stay and making a discount for compensation.
The staff was very helpful and kind. Breakfasts and dinners were good. Free area tour was a nice perk. We strongly suggest to get a massage at the spa. It was very relaxing and professional.

The staff are absolutely top tier to the point they are always checking in on you and also seeking constant feedback which it is a massive plus. The minute I have checked in they welcomed me in the best surprise as possible. If i had a chance on going back there again I would totally book this place again
