Great central location but room was not very clean. Kitchen

The hotel was in a very central location with excellent restaurants, bars and shops nearby.

Location slightly away from main attractions but very accessible to the 2 tram , staff friendly and lovely room and breakfast

Our room at The Monastery was spacious and clean. We appreciated the high ceilings and comfortable bed and amenities (fridge, coffee maker). The staff was helpful and the restaurant onsite (Umo) was delicious. The only areas for improvement would be higher quality towels and linens and another coffee maker in the breakfast room (it was slow and there was a wait to use).

Excellent staff. Convenient location. Had a comfortable stay. Very clean and well maintained hotel.

We were pleased with our choice of hotel as it was central to where we wanted to be. although not large it was perfect for us. The rooms were clean, staff friendly & breakfast was brilliant. We would stay there again & recommend it to our friends & family. Thank you
