The hotel is very nice and the rooms are clean. The staff were rude on many occasions. They seemed very uninterested in being helpful overall. The pool and view are very nice

We’re so glad we decided to stay here. There was a wonderful breakfast included with the room, and the views from the skytop bar were amazing.

The Hotel is very nice , especially for the area which is close to the airport. It is not fancy but it is clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was the best we had for our whole two weeks in Italy. We needed a taxi to the airport at 3:45 am and the hotel took care of ordering it for us. And unlike a B&B, there is staff there overnight . This is not really a neighborhood where one would take long walks, it is not in town. But there are a couple of good restaurants close by , so it is a good option if you are flying out of Naples.

This family owned hotel for almost 200 years is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The location high above the docks, the incredible historic yet modernized facilities, the staff, the food, everything is thoughtful and beyond any expectations. If in Sorrento this is the only hotel to consider

We had read so many wonderful reviews about this hotel and they were not wrong. From the moment you walked in the hotel staff were very helpful and continued to be for the week that we were there. The courtesy bus was great, took us to the station and from there we had our trips to Sorrento, Amalfi and Napoli. The breakfast was very nice, the views were amazing from the rooftop of the hotel with a glass of morning fizz in hand! The restaurant in the evening in the hotel grounds was faultless, the food was amazing and the staff exceptional. During the day the pool area was very calm, the lifeguard / pool attendant kept it spotless, he was a fountain of local knowledge. Thank you, Medusa we had a wonderful time and would thoroughly recommend your beautiful hotel
