When going to check in the lady at the front desk was not very friendly at all. Throughout the day, my room was cleaned and I was happy about that when I went to go check out the gentleman was great about me. Checking out. The TV did not work. It was too fuzzy. The beds were very hard as a rock.

Beautiful historical hotel! Clean, beautifully decorated, fantastic restaurants. We had a lovely dinner at the Capital Bar and Grill and brunch at One Eleven.

The floors in this hotel are identified by the European standards with the Ground floor being the level you enter and the next floor up being the 1st floor. The US standard is the ground floor is the 1st floor. VERY CONFUSSING!!!! Elevators: Too many going to limited floors, where 1 to 4 going form ground floor to the top floor would eliminate the confusion but this would not work here due to the crazy building construction. On the morning of my departure the front desk staff refused to call a uber for transport to a Ford dealership to pick up my repaired vehicle. The much-touted breakfast meal: The $12 or $14, meal was a copy of free breakfast meals offered free in most hotels and motels. If I am ever back in Littlerock I will never use this hotel again! Very nice rooms and a full kitchen

We have now stayed at the Baker twice. We had even more time to explore the area and loved it so much. It is such a lovely house and very comfortable and restful. We enjoyed ling in there. Highly recommend.

I got arrested and they are supposed to put it in storage they stole everything out of my room
