We showed up to the property to check in and was told that they ‘lost’ some rooms so they couldn’t honor our booking. First off, how do you loose a room? Second, why didn’t you call hours ago so we could figure out an alternative? Was a very disappointing experience after a several hour long road trip.

I call front desk and no body answer and i come down and the lady was cleaning then i ask for bottle of water and she give me and then today i check in the lady hand me over a bag of two water bottle a biscuit and a bag of chips but other two nights the from desk give me nothing. but last night on 9th Aug the room was smelling smoke, that hurt me because i am non smoker. Great hotel service was meh

Breakfast was ok. Beds were comfy. The breakfast attendant was scary and rude. She was watching something on her phone really loud. She then grunted and yelled at you for not turning the waffle iron. She sighed loudly. We did not dare ask her a question. She slammed items around. You felt uncomfortable. The check in was amazing.
