Very nice hotel. Nice room, great restaurant. Our issue was there were NO working vending machines anywhere in hotel for a cold drink. My wife prefers to drink from a bottle with a lid rather than a glass, like casino offers. Also, cigarette smoke smell bothered us.

This hotel is great for a trip with a family, the rooms are clean and renovated, the pool is clean and good, the bowling was the best part for me and my kids, the breakfast was delicious and free, the casino good, I can’t complain, definitely we will come back soon

Cigarette smell everywhere!

The hotel smells of cigarettes everywhere. Having the casino under the same roof does not help. We had to request for ionizer for the room every night. If you are a non-smoker or travelling with kids avoid this place.

Wonderful Staff. My dad needed a wheelchair and they had tthe security guard come get him and wheel him to the restaurant and out to the car when we left. Fabulous!

Whilst comfortable the room was extremely noisy I could hear my neighbors talking and upstairs sounded like they were remodeling. The 2inch gap around the door meant that sound carried from the hallways very loudly..ALL members of staff that we came in contact with were extremely efficient and friendly

Nice hotel

The hotel room was nice and newly updated. The room had two TV's, but they were not smart TV's. I wouldn't stay there again because of the smoke smell. That's the only issue I had and everything else was good.

The hotel is new so in regards to condition it was good. Only thing I didn't like was the smell of cigarette throughout the hotel and the low quality air conditioner our room had that was loud and woke us up a couple times through the night. Other than that it was ok.

The entire hotel and the individual hotel room has a strong cigarette smoke smell. When I asked the front desk if I could open the window for fresh air, I was told the newly installed windows don’t allow that and instead I should jam a towel in the bottom gap of the door
