Please know hotel room was great, everything else was very poorly maintained. The hall ways were so hot, not sure why air conditioning is not working well on floors at all. Elevators seem unsafe the elevators jumped a few times & took a long time to open the doors. Lastly, you have 1 washing machine & 1 dryer. We had a baseball team staying here & you have a soap dispenser that takes coins & has no soap to sell in it. They gave me money back at concierge, the problem seems that they are aware of it. Why not put a sign to say out of order or sell soap at the store up front. The size of this hotel, either have multiple washing machines or offer it as a service or nothing at all. We eneded up not staying at the hotel. There were family's living in the hotel. There were dogs running the hallways without owners. The place smelled like vomit as soon as you stepped off the elevator. There was water damage on the walls ans the wallpaper was peeling off. The entrances were not secure. So anyone off the streets could walk right into the hotel. We would not recommend this hotel. The hotel also overcharged me for my room and will not refund me.

Don't waste yiur miney here.

When our room was cleaned and beds made, they took all our dirty towels and only left us one clean towel. Family of 4 to use one towel? So I had to track down someone to ask for more towels. Then we came back after my sons hockey game, we were walking through the lobby to go up the stairs, our room was on the 2nd floor, and they yelled at us, told us we need to check in and we werent allowed to go up the stairs! I said we were just going to our room. Then they were fine. Breakfast so not worth it, my daughter immediately got sick from the eggs.

It was very very dirty the room. There were insufficiencies in the room. The card to open the door didn't work; they changed it many times. It was a hassle to go and ask them to change the key all the time. They wouldn't open the pool for us, saying it was because of the bad weather, but it was just cloudy, not raining.

Solid hotel with a fun lobby

I really liked the layout of this hotel. The lobby was really open with several areas for various gatherings. It made the hotel feel like a vibrant place. The food was decent and the rooms were clean. Good amount of counter space and lots of hooks to hang clothes. Would recommend.

Property was visibly dirty from the entrance on. Carpets had tons of dirt & debris. Entire hotel was damp and smelled as if it had been flooded. In multiple places floors were uneven or sinking & carpet was stapled together on stairs. With a paper stapler not industrial. Loose samples and gaps in carpet were trip hazards. Hardware for door of adjoining rooms was falling off the door. Rust on ceilings & walls. Had to clean shower before using it had hair & dirt from previous guest. The TV was barely functioning all of 20 channels & all of them were intermittent or unavailable. Room extremely humid overnight even with AC set at 68. The breakfast set up was completely unsanitary, counters covered in filth, cross contamination of ingredients, no one attending to the functionality. There weren’t even any plates available or silverware.

You didn’t ask about value for the price. I thought the price was on the high end. Also, even though the person who checked us in was very nice and quick, she didn’t explain services like where the restaurant is, is breakfast included, where the gym is, etc. That would have been nice.

The rooms 410 and 407 were in very poor condition the hotel overall also 1st floor smelled like mildew and had an air purifer plugged in in the hall where other family members stayed. Out tub/ toilet in 410 leaked and when u step on the floor infront toilet water under floor would bubble up. Just overall condition was poorly managed and maintained and certainly was not what we would expect for 150+ per night. I should have taken pictures but I did not but this could be investigated
