The room was great, plenty of space for two of us. The staff were all very nice and helpful. We stayed here while visiting Carlsbad Caverns & Guadalupe Mtns National Parks. We were there late enough to try breakfast on our last day and it was all very good too.

The hotel was convenient. However the door locks didn’t work so we had to go to the lobby every time to get into our room. It was so annoying. They kept re making our keys. They were so nice about it. They also We’re frustrated. I would not stay here again because of this

The staff was wonderful! Very friendly, greeted us like old friends, gave us a goodie bag and also told us about restaurants in the area that would be good. It was very nice after a long day of driving. The facility and the room were also great. Very clean and spacious. I would definitly recommend the Comfort Inn if you're visiting Carlsbad.

This was my second stay at the hotel, and both times the reception was very kind and welcoming. In the morning, the receptionist even gave chocolate to my child, which was such a thoughtful touch. Great experience overall.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. I like that they have fresh popcorn and coffee in the lobby. The only thing I don’t like much is that there is carpet in the rooms. I know that isn’t an easy upgrade but I would prefer, and feel cleaner, if the floors weren’t carpet. I would like to be able to walk around without shoes in the room, but with carpet, you just can’t do that. I’m sure those aren’t cleaned, not just vacuumed, often.

Clean well located just at the edge of town and very near to living Desert Zoo. About 31 miles from caverns and close to city center. Breakfast was good and all areas of hotel are clean. Staff are friendly and welcoming.

Nice place, with very friendly staff. Our suite was probably the most spacious I’ve ever stayed in. Huge bathroom and L-shaped sofa sleeper that means one has a huge soft “nightstand” area built into the sofa bed. Tons of bed pillows to share with the person who ends up sleeping on the sofa.
