Nice spot!

This hotel truly surprised us as the actual rooms and property look even more beautiful and luxurious than the photos. Our room had two queen beds and it was huge, with high ceilings. Beautiful carpeting and decorations, in the room as well as the lobby and hallways. Bathroom was spotless. Double curtains, bedding was crispy white and beds were comfortable. Unfortunately we got to stay here shortly and in the fall, so we could not enjoy the amazing mosaic pool. The young gentleman at the front desk was very sweet, professional and understanding, he helped us a lot, so special thanks to him. The price was very low and affordable for what you will get. Convenient location and airport was a 15 minutes drive. We would really love to come back, this place is a gem <3

Very good place to stay

Room was spacious and clean. Staff was very helpful

When we arrived, we were assigned a room (504) which was not a business double room as reserved. We discovered the the room air conditioner was not working, giving an error code of "E3". The room would reach 85 degrees + even with opening a window. After complaining for 3 days and no other rooms offered we left Talked with the front desk multiple times daily Asked for the manager but they would not allow me to talk with them. Had no choice but to leave and request a refund which they would not They told me to get a hold of Expedia which does not do refunds I also discovered that I was not given a Business double room as booked. I am in the process of seeking a refund via my credit card. Overall, they could not care less about you as a customer and I would never book there again.
