The hotel is beautiful, kept wonderfully clean, and has a lot of amenities. The location is great. Key standouts are the food in the hotel is very good and beach access, snack and bar area are great, and it’s nice to have beach chairs and umbrellas available.

The check-in was smooth with friendly staff. Shuttle Service - Convenient shuttle to the convention center departs hourly, with accommodating drivers. Beach Amenities - The staff sets up free umbrellas and chairs from 8 am to 6/7 pm. Lifeguards clear the beach by 4:50 pm. The sand is soft, but an outfall pipe nearby affects the view and sometimes causes odors. A shuttle is available to the beach, though I didn’t use it. Room - We had a small room with two full beds. One bed was against the wall, making it hard to get out, and the bathroom was compact. The hotel provided toiletries, and extra supplies were given at the front desk upon request. The room was clean and comfortable, with a balcony accessible from both the bedroom and living room. The kitchen had basic appliances, but bring your own K-cups and drinks. Hallways displayed local history. Parking - No issues with parking; valet is available. Fitness Center - Very small with only a couple of machines. Restaurant - Enjoyed a pleasant breakfast with friendly staff and a nice pool view. Beach Bar - Great service with plenty of seating for drinks and appetizers. Pool - Nice with plenty of umbrellas, but seating can be limited at busy times. My biggest complaint and the reason it’s not 5/5 for all areas - Many cheaper hotels have free 24 coffee and tea, water, even cookies and apples. You were charged $4 for a bottle of water. A hotel charging their prices on a beach, should have free water.

Very small room - bathroom is a total joke - for 4 people this was a pure joke - we were very uncomfortable. We probably will not be returning because of this. Pool tiny - and not heated. Food very mediocre for the price. The towels at the pool remind me of cheap camp towels. My husband said this place reminds him of a motel.

This is a really fun nice place to spend a few days in Wildwood. The amenities are top chart, the food is delicious. The Star bar at the beach is so cute. Loved that they offered lounge chairs and umbrellas at the beach at no charge. They even had tall sit up beach chairs to sit in by the water!

The beach was over run by non ICONA guests. There was no private beach instead you had guests bringing family and friends to the beaches which made the sitting on the beach intolerable. Skip this hotel and spend $$$$ elsewhere.
