What I like about the place is very close to the boardwalk. Spent majority of our time at the boardwalk. What I didn’t like about the place is that we have someone knocking on our door in the middle of the night… Also, only one elevator. Wait a long time for it to come. Can’t go up or down the stairs with elderly. Toilet, problem flushing toilet paper. Won’t go down. You have to flush it about 3 times for it to go down.

Love the heated pool and location. Easy parking. Great view. The restaurant is not open long enough on weekdays and no room service when restaurant is not open. Check out time is too early 10a. Check in time is too late 4p.

This place doesn’t care at all about their customers. First time staying here and def the last. We checked in around 2pm. Right when we got in the bathroom was an issue. The shower had not been cleaned… there was soap still in the shower from the previous person. Additionally, there was a rag left at the top of the tub. Light in the bathroom was non stop flickering as well. I wouldn’t even be surprised if the toilet wasn’t properly cleaned either. I called reception they were made aware of the situation and sent over the matinence guy. He came over and said that a cleaning lady would be coming to fix the cleaning situation. We let him know that they can work on the room while we go out for dinner. We come back home hours later and our door is completely open. Completely unlocked. We were in shock to realize that the door had been like this for 5 plus hours!!! We are in front of the elevator on the main floor and anything could have happened. Thankfully all of our belongings so far are in tact. We are not sure who left it open and still have had no update. This just isn’t okay at all. We have all of our stuff in our rooms including money and our belongings. Front desk guy by the name of bill and John are both DISGUSTINGLY RUDE and AGGRESSIVE. These people only care about money and do no care about their customers. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

We loved the location of this property. We could walk to the Convention Center where my grandson was in a basketball tournament. The suite was large with a King and a Double bed. The living area had a pull out couch that we did not use. Kitchen was stocked and had a large refrigerator. The pool looked fun.
