A basic hotel, that seems a tad pricey. Room was clean and large. Two folks working check-in. Various times walking thru the lobby there were lines. Elevators seem small. Hotel minutes from the ports. Lots of eateries nearby. Asked for no connecting room. Employee said didn’t have any. Of course my room was connecting. Still, it was quiet. Had taken two showers, the first in the evening. Long time for the hot water to kick in. During the morning shower I waited…and waited. I then started to wash when water cool as didn’t want to live there. Water ultimately got warm, though not hot. Overall hotel was fine.

The property was nice and convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. It did get very crowded when the cruise ship crowd arrived and pretty much took over the pool and dining areas. Breakfast was terrible and shouldn't be considered an amenity.

Biggest complaint…AC much too loud. Hard time sleeping. Sounds like a freight train. Some members of check-in staff appears very nonchalant to guests needs. No where to hang towel after hand washing.

The lady at the desk was extremely rude not only to me but to the senior citizen in front of me. the hotel had a very poor breakfast wich made me a little sick. I plan to ceuise again and will make sure not ro stay here. My family did enjoy the pool and the hot tub.
