Great location (20-30 minute drive from Banff but plenty of nearby trails), friendly staff, comfortable beds in a spacious room, parking was a little tight but overall a fantastic experience!

The room was exactly as described, 2 very comfortable beds with a functioning bathroom and sitting area with an additional tv, refrigerator and microwave. It didn’t blow me away, it’s an older property and shows signs of the wear it received over time. I just wish the costs reflected that. The team there was very helpful and the location of the hotel is very walkable to restaurants and downtown Canmore. The hot tub was a fantastic benefit after the long days of hiking.

Beautiful view from the room, but be prepared for constant trains to be passing by all day/all night. Perhaps bring a white noise machine.

The room was clean and the sitting area was nice and spacious. The parking was awful, every day when we got back all the spots were taken, so we had to park down the street.They definitely need additional parking. The restaraunt was fabulous, we had delicious breakfasts there. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful.

The hotel is dated, the AC/heater in the room was very noisy - we turned it on to cool down the room but because it was so noisy had to turn it off to sleep. It was very warm in the room and opening the window only helped a slight bit.

Great staff. The hotel was okay - a bit out-dated (wallpaper was peeling, some marks on the walls, etc.) Very close to a lot of Banff-Canmore must-do activities and hike so we were only in the room to sleep.
