Beautiful place

The hotel is in an amazing location in beautiful surroundings. Included breakfast was very nice with natural orange juice. The room was big and clean. Staff were very helpful and nice. Free parking was available on site. The only negative point would be the mattress, not comfortable for us.

El alojamiento se encuentra en un lugar muy tranquilo y con unas vistas preciosas a las montañas. La habitación estaba muy limpia y con una cama muy cómoda al igual que las instalaciones. El desayuno es un horror (nadie diría que estamos en Asturias) 1 bollo de pan industrial descongelado y calentado en el horno al igual que un 1curasan de pésima calidad, sin variedad de fruta ni ningún queso ni embutidos más que el jamón serrano más rancio que cualquiera se pueda imaginar (no creo que cueste tanto en Asturias poner pan de panadería o algo de bollería casera) teniendo en cuenta que la gente sale a hacer rutas y necesita desayunar fuerte tienes que pedirle alguna pieza más de pan o bollería que tardan 15 minutos en sacarla del congelador y ponerla en el. Te ofrecen la posibilidad de dejarte el desayuno en una cesta por la noche para el dia siguiente subir a los lagos (es decir, descongelar, exprimir y hacer el café 12 horas antes de tomarlo lo cual nos dio un poco de impresión por tomarlo todo pasadas tantas horas). Trato personal seco y poco cercano pero sin más. No repetiremos ni lo recomendaremos. Hay detalles importantes como el pésimo desayuno y el trato personal tan seco (ni un simple "que tal la estancia?" en el check out) Que hacen que no queramos volver.

Me parece super recomendable, hemos pasado una noche pero volveremos. Paula y Quique son super atentos. Lo que más nos gustó la limpieza que reinaba por doquier aunque el desayuno no es para arpeciarlo menos ya que el bizcocho casero que seguro ha cocinado paula estaba delicioso «tanto el normal como el de chocolate

Paz y tranquilidad

Un hotel con paz y tranquilidad a 10m de Cangas de Onís, El servicio muy bien y amigables, el pueblo es muy muy pequeño, pero si lo que buscas es calma antes de la tormenta es tu sitio ideal, con buen aparcamiento y unas vistas matutinas excelentes, recomendaria cogerlo con desayuno, muy completo. Si tenemos que volver no lo dudaremos

Helpful Receptionist

The Receptionist of this Hotel was really kind and helpful, as I booked the room not for the right time.. Our room was booked one month earlier because I missclicked the date... Sadly there were no rooms left when we arrived, still the receptionist tried to find a free hotel nearby for us. Thank you very much. So sad we couldn't stay here, because the house with its breathtaking views is amazing!
