we came with very low expectation knowing this is a cheaper all inclusive resort in cancun. we're like "the bad reviews about the food cannot be that bad, maybe people are just picky" but oh boy! half of the food in the buffet are just bad. and good luck on trying to reserve a dinner reservations in any of their restaurant, non-members can only reserve daily at 8am. i was first in line in the reservation kiosk at 8am and all they have is 9pm or they will tell you they're fully booked. the rooms are ok, feels like an old holiday inn but clean, the only saving grace for this is the palapa poolside restaurant called Charhut, we receive better service here that the buffet, the servers are friendlier and will refill your drinks promptly, also better food options like tacos, calamari, burgers because it's made fresh not like soggy fried food from buffet. ok, enough with the food. The beach around the resort is rough, not really safe to swim even for adults, even in a calm day. the pools were nice but not enough chairs and they tolerate people who reserve and not come back for hours.

Very nice resort, especially for the price point. Lower price point will have you second guessing but once you step on the property you’d be pleasantly surprised. Staff was amazing and efficient. If you’re looking for on property with activities it doesn’t come with a lot but they have a few shows and smaller activities like pool volleyball.

This was our sixth visit and the staff is always wonderful. There were some notable facility disappointments though. There was a constant trip from the light above the toilet. The night we dined at La Veranda there was no A/C. Will still come again.

The food was a 1 out of 5. Hardly any options. Buffet is very tiny. It was hot inside. There are no resort grounds to stroll around. The beach is very small, water is too rough to get into. Pool very loud, could never get chairs until after 5. The ceiling in our bathroom leaked in two spots entire stay. Asked in person at front desk to be fixed, nothing done. The beds are like I would imagine prison cots to be, very hard. Mini fridge all week only was stocked with 2 cans beer, 2 water bottles, 2 regular cokes , 1 lite coke and a sprite. Alcohol at bars was the worst low quality you can buy. We had all inclusive, and it wasn’t worth it. I would not stay there again, this is 3rd time in Mexico.

Great property only thing was service was kinda slow. Not enough restaurant options. Every reservation was full by 9 am for dinner. So book early. Kind of annoying to have to carry flags for pool and beach chairs. The pool towel check out and turn in was bad too. Keep track of towels or you will be charged if you lose them.
