This was the best resort that I’ve stayed in. We brought our kids (7&10yo) with us and they loved every minute. There was constant entertainment throughout the resort for all ages. Every restaurant had excellent food, drinks, and service.

My first and last experience. This property is so huge and not enough transportation to transport you to other buildings. This property has a strong smell. I’ve been to other resorts and have never ever experienced terrible service. The first day we have to wait 5 hrs so that we can get our keys to our room. First time traveling with family (10) and it was the worst experience. We truly wasted an entire day doing nothing because we were all tired from the plane trip. I wouldn’t recommend this resort to anyone.

Everything was wonderful except the beaches/ocean water had bad sargassum problem. Not a resort fault I know, but probably avoid this property during high seaweed season. I understand it is not really predictable

You have to make a reservation to any of there good restaurants the smell from the beach was bad the rooms from the property were far the golf chart services always wanted a tip although it wasn't your fault everything was so far. It was hard to get a reservation for Bowling, and the food at the buffet was not that good over all the experience was not worth the price

Nos la pasamos muy a gusto, la verdad nos trataron muy bien. Nos gustaron mucho los shows y las albercas, pero lo mejor de todo fue ver a mi hijo de 6 años tan feliz en el playground. Todas las señoritas fueron súper amables con él, no recuerdo los nombres de todas, pero quiero agradecer especialmente a Blanca, Jessi, Christina, Emi y Kath por cómo lo trataron, increíble atención de su parte.

Its inconveniente when going with kids the conatant passing of golf cars throughout the property as you have to watch out for the kids all the time. Our room unfortunately gradually started having humidity problems and the a/c stopped working so couldnt report it on time. The floor was always wet, water dripping down the walls, our clothing smelled awful, our kids fell in the room ans we had to lay multiple towels on the floor to be able to walk. Aside from the bas room experience is a good resort to entertain kids Having access to the palace app is a great tool!
