My stay at Seadust wasn't what I expected. I've been to other all-inclusive resorts, and honestly, this one didn't measure up. The price was okay, but I wish I had a clearer idea of what the experience would be like. The food wasn't great, and the waiting times were way too long. It felt like all the good stuff was reserved for Infinity members, which was frustrating since I booked through a third party. I wish I had done more research; the pictures looked colorful, but the resort felt pretty worn out and in need of updates, especially the pool area. On the bright side, the staff were really friendly, which was nice, and the rooms were spacious. If you’ve already booked, try to grab a bed by the pool for a better time.

The following are all things we experienced. When we arrived people were rude. After we were being harassed by a company named infinity. They wanted us to attend a VIO breakfast. We had to asked them to stop. They gave us a dirty room Toilet kept getting clogged Pools are dirty And finally there was a roach at cactus restaurant They tried to apologize and gave us cake and a bottle of wine but no thank you We will never go back to seadust P.S. if you have a aqua blue bracelet they know you are from Expedia and they will hunt you down to buy their infinity package

I really enjoyed my stay here, the staff was really friendly and the communication and service was amazing Agner helped me a lot with my check in, i traveled with my daughters and they had a blast here, the food was amazing and i was surprised with the variety and good food quality the only thing that i want them to improve is the elevator air conditioner but the rest was amazing.

I got helped from Abner before during and after our vacation here and he was amazing. Our flight got cancelled on our original day of arrival so we lost a day and he was able to help us get in a room right away the day after without waiting until 3pm. Honestly really thankful because our trip was short. Food was good but long wait time in my opinion for the dinner restaurants.

Great experience at this hotel. All staff was super friendly. Only complaint is the floors near the pool wish it was finished with a textured concrete. Even while walking slowly my kids busted their butts a couple times same with the adults in our group. Other than that we yr hung was perfect!
