We arrived at the resort on a Monday and stayed through Saturday. Overall, the food was solid, but the buffet setup could use improvement—especially with the burgers. They really should be cooking and setting out a batch in advance. Waiting 15 minutes in line at a buffet defeats the purpose. Our child especially loved the splash pad. However, entertainment left a lot to be desired. After spending all day in the sun, most guests probably aren’t in the mood to party at the Sky Bar with a DJ yelling at them to get up and dance. What the resort really needs are more engaging shows, not just loud music. The fire dancers on Friday night were fantastic and exactly the kind of entertainment that works well. Unfortunately, our room’s door handle broke, and we were locked inside for an hour. Despite calling and explaining it was an emergency, room service never came. I eventually managed to fix it myself, but we missed half of the fire show because of it. For the restaurants, you have to make reservations, which is ok but the fact you can’t do it online is super inconvenient because you have to go to a desk make a line of 45 min and if you tell me i can do all the reservations at once its fine, but no they only allow two days at a time and when you have a toddler is super inconvenient. The staff at the Hilton were consistently friendly and helpful, but small issues like these added up and took away from what could have been a much better experience.

Amazing experience at the Hilton Cancun Mar Caribe. We had a group of 5 and we all enjoyed our stay to the point where we would have extended our trip if we could. The entire staff is exceptional and extremely helpful and kind. Special thank you to Alondra at the front desk, Santiago at Vela, Fernanda in the spa and all of the house keeping and poolside service staff. For an all inclusive the food and drinks exceeded our expectations. We never felt bored or there was not enough to do and the staff is very engaging. Rooms are clean and updated and house keeping stays on top of keeping the mini bar and fridge stocked. The resort itself is older and has some wear and tear but is expected and didn’t take away from the ambiance or experience. Our only downside of the trip was we made a reservation at the steakhouse and once we arrived they told us they didn’t have room at our reservation time. I don’t know if there was a miscommunication but it was made to seem like we weren’t going to get into the restaurant. But after waiting less than 15 minutes we had a table available for us. We would 100% recommendation to anyone wanting to book!

BEWARE!! Forget about a restful vacation! Ocean View and couldnt even enjoy it.The hotel BLASTED music until late hours into the night. We couldnt carry on a conversation in our own room even with all the doors closed. Less than 50 people at their events and everyone else pays the price. We paid for ALL INCLUSIVE however the hotel failed to tell us there would be no service of alcohol for 2 days due to elections in Mexico. I would have chosen different dates. The hotel didnt even offer any compensation. What a rip off. The waiters and waitresses were great but their management were horrible and rude. We were told the restraunts would prepare food dishes to accomodate our onion allergy. What they actually did was tell us all the food we couldnt eat because they only prepare the food their way and turned us away. The entire ALL INCLUSIVE was an absolute waste of money. There are lots of other hotels in Cancun, FIND ONE!

Property was nice unfortunately the ocean had a lot of seaweed and we did not go into it. Be careful of the umbrellas around the pool twice they blew off and hit us. Entrees in the buffet were very good however the side options were very limited The make to order omelette station was the best but the pancakes were stone cold Room was wonderful with a great ocean view and a big bathroom. The bed was very comfortable.

Friendly and polite staff at all venues. Staff at this resort, always greeted guests with a genuine smile. Special shout outs to all the events staff: Rain, Santos, Aldo, Cristian, Tony, and the DJs (ex. Parker). They exhibited positivity in their performances and presentations. I appreciated their friendliness when interacting with guests. I admire the energy they bring to their work and I believe guests can feel their sincerity when we hear them speak and way they present themselves and the resort.
