Food wasnt great, the staff were excellent and polite and were doing their best. the restaurants were joke, not a lot of option. We checked out after the second night. The coctails all made with artificially flavored high fructose fruit flavors and that made us sick. We didnt get any refund either, we paid 6 nights and only stayed 2, rebooked another hotel nearby. We ask for a redung and unfortunaetly they didnt even respond, I have sıgned a document when I checked out for requestıng the refund)

Do not stay here! They only prioritize selling their timeshares then letting you enjoy your visit there first. First thing they do is shove the idea of listening to one of their talks to buy timeshare than and tell you they will give you an activity for less money. No upgrade was given to my room they gave me one where I can barely see the ocean. When I told them I wasn’t interested in their talks they got upset. Also the food sucks there. I’ve never been to a Mexico hotel and the food sucks. Everyday was the same food and to get a reservation to the restaurants they were always gone. The days I was there I was not able to reserve a reservation for a restaurant. I would b Never recommend this resort to any one

First of all I was upset when I got to the Hotel and I was told that I was only intitle to one up grade not two like I had in the pass ( if availed ) Many times and their concierge barabare was very rude and when others who have seen us there many times before ( employees) tryed to tell her to shut up she got even ruber. then I was charge 60 dollars for two rooms for the property sewer stuff when i though the total was only 50.00 something and I try to tell her that she got really mad at me.

Had a rug in the room, that had a bad smell, does fill the room when coming back to it at the end of the day, thought it may be just the atmosphere, it wasn't. Couldn't remove as it is sitting between & underneath the bed frame.

Property is old. Stairs going down to the Buffet restaurant are dirty. Service is poor. Food is terrible at their buffet restaurant. Not much selections to choose from. Coffee at the Deli and Cafe is terrible too. They advertise cold drinks on their menu online but they do not have any at all in the cafe. Has to ask for them to put ice to have a cold coffee. And the pastries they have are the same as in the buffet! They should improve that coffee place by the lobby since that’s the only one they have. Will not go back to this resort.

The staff were all very kind and helpful. The lunch options were great. Unfortunately twice while we were there, they had power outages and lost AC for a bit of time.

It was an ok stay, i feel it needs more staff to meet entertainment for the amount of guest and pool areas. The same staff members from bfast worked throughout the pool, lunch and dinner. Pool closed too early at 530 for the workers to make it to the dinner and left everyone at the pool with no music,drinks or entertainment. The 18 and over pool there was no entertainment it was very underwhelming. The dj at the nightclub played music for himself i asked for music 2 separate occasions and non were put on. The club was a fail. DJ was definitely not pleasing the crowd. Staff was great just feel they are definitely understaffed.
