Absolutely love the staff there they were great people.Samuel at guest services was an awesome guy. He helped us through every part of getting there and learning where everything was and how to do everything. Any questions I went to him and he helped me. I cannot express how awesome guest services were. Everybody is super friendly over there. You feel very safe on the resort and I’m definitely coming back. The bartenders is there are some of the greatest I’ve ever seen super friendly people. Anything you need they can make it.

The staff were wonderful. Alfredo was so pleasant and helpful when booking our messages. I was surprised when he remembered people names for the rest of the week. Fernanda was a lot of fun with the group exercise. ( again happy birthday Fernanda!) Over all the staff was great! This was our second year in a row at this resort, and I look forward to going there again next year!

Hotel itself is very nice. Staff is excellent room service is great circumstances no fault of the hotel or resort…. The seaweed accumulation and smell was a little overwhelming at times, but again out of the Hotels control. Had daily activities and nightly shows that were very entertaining.

The hotel was laid out well. The food was very, very good--but the ala-carte restaurant does not have air conditioning in it and it was very uncomfortable. Our only complaint was that we had no hot water in our bathroom/shower/tub and we alerted them and it was never fixed.
