We really liked the hotel and its facilities, people were very friendly and it was always clean. Compared to other all inclusives food was actually good. Of the things that could be improved a few come to mind: 1. A burger/hot dog stand on the beach so you wouldn't have to change into dry clothes to have a snack 2. Cleaner part of the beach where the bottom is overgrown with seaweed. A tip for people who forgot their sunscreen - walk across the the street to a convenience store, it's almost 3 times cheaper.

Excellent resort with a great variety of food options at the restaurants. Albatros was my favorite because it always had a variety of food options.The rooms were clean and staff were polite. The property was well maintained. I will definitely stay there again on my next vacation to Cancun.

Je crois que considérant la quantité de gens dans la piscine, il serait important de commencer à planifier la construction d'une autre ou d'une extension de l'actuelle. Aussi, le petit morceau de plage pourrait être nettoyé des algues qui envahissaient l'endroit. L'eau de la plage se voyait pas renouvellé, ce qu'implique que probablement l'eau s'étanche dans cette endroit, ce qui ne permet pas d'avoir trop de confiance que l'endroit est sainement sécurisé. Pour le reste c'était OK.

I had a ok experience staying at this resort. We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. I wish the lobby had a easier way to contact transportation rather than having to find a reliable website ourselves. We went jetskiing and they charged us for an hour when apparently being on for an hour isnt an option, only 30 minutes. The food was okay. The staff was really nice but we had trouble with our room key and has to go back and forth 3 times. After the 3rd time, he gave me 7 keys to try instead of switching our rooms! Also the resort location isnt super convenient. The bar is open for good hours and the pool closed at around 10.

Booking an ocean view room does not guarantee the views shown in Expedia's photos. When I raised this issue with the front desk, they informed me the hotel was fully booked with no other rooms available. The balcony was tiny—barely enough space to stand, let alone fit a chair. The room itself was small and outdated. Food options were limited, and the Italian restaurant was particularly disappointing. The beach was covered in seaweed, making swimming unpleasant. The resort is small with minimal activities, and the spa needs modernization. This resort feels like a one-star experience. They also push sales pitches right at check-in. I wouldn’t return to this hotel or this part of Cancun—Playa del Carmen or Riviera Maya are far better options. I also checked out early due to how unsatisfied I was and they refused to refund the 1 day. The only positive part was the staff, they go above and beyond, from the beach bartenders to the wait staff at Claraboya is exceptional, and staff inside the buffet as well.

The place itself was beautiful and I really enjoyed the pool as well as the nighttime shows they typically had. They also had activity options during the day which kept others occupied. A few things I didn’t like was that my AC was leaking, I’ve gotten locked out of room despite getting key fixed. I also didn’t like the fact that to get a reservation at a restaurant you have to go to the front desk instead of just calling in. If calling in was an option it would make it a lot easier. The buffet was great, no need for reservation. Beach was nice but there is a good amount of seaweed on the beach. I also wish we could’ve went further in the beach water. Overall, I was satisfied with this hotel.

The buffet is small and there isn’t much variety. There are two other restaurants that you need reservations for and the food was not good either. The best part of this hotel was the staff. Very friendly and helpful. The phone did not work and the toilet had issues as wet
