This resort was amazing. I did not meet one bad staff member, everyone was SO nice and welcoming! Eduardo, Silvia and Jesus had great entertainment at the pool. Daniel, Balan, and Miquel were Amazing bartenders!! Daniel made a tasty "Dirty Monkey" and he remembered that was my fave drink whenever i came back to his bar(there are so many bars to go too).We never left the resort and did not need too. I highly recommend this resort. We got a room with a jacuzzi on the roof and bwing out there to look up at the stars was great. Room service was great. I really dont have anything bad to say about this place. They did have quite a few weddings the week we were there, so they end up closing off one of the pools and bars and you can hear the music going up until about 11pm. But it really wasnt that bad at all. I kind of enjoyed hearing the music while enjoying our jacuzzi. Again, i highly recommend this resort. Had an amazing time.

We had a really great time. The quality of the food was great and we loved our room as well as the service. The pool situation was okay but I think they need a bigger adult pool. The small adult pool got crazy in the afternoons and crowded. The beach is of course beautiful but they dump all the seaweed next door and both sides of the resort is empty so that seaweed isn’t dealt with. That means it can get stinky.

This was our favorite resort we’ve stayed at in Mexico. So many accommodations (we were on the Elegance Club side - super worth the upgrade). The workers were amazing, the grounds were beautiful, and our room was huge! The spa was unbelievably wonderful and the food was so, so good. If you’re looking for a relaxing, fun vacay spot, you found it with this resort.

This is an absolutely amazing place. Everything was wonderful. The club is worth it and the swim up room was also. With the club you get butler service. Tete was amazing and made our stay special. She was our butler. Cauich and Angel took care of everything that we needed at the beach, including helping us get amazing drinks and a wonderful spot on the beach. The beaches are absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend! You cannot go wrong!

Great place for a wedding

We went here for a family wedding. We had an excellent room a wonderful time. There were lots of restaurants within the resort, although it was quite far away from anything else in the area. We had no need to leave the facility though because everything was there. The pool was wonderful. The beach was beautiful. The food was excellent and the people there were wonderful. We enjoyed the spa and the weather just was spectacular.

Our biggest mistake was choosing this resort for our family vacation. From the moment we arrived, the experience was disappointing. The front desk, waiters, bartenders—almost all of the staff—were consistently rude throughout our stay. The pool bartenders were specifically the worst, as well as the beach side bartender where we asked the woman working there for drinks several times and they were never delivered. She simply “forgot” and counted her tips instead. Our room had a terrible odor every night, which was never resolved. The front desk, even the manager, did not know the accurate times for restaurants opening, which made us miss the buffet. Our luggage was also left outside and not delivered to us until three hours later when we had to go and ask where was all of our things. The food and drinks were also of poor quality and far from authentic. The worst part was when two staff members, Joseline and Cynthia, openly disrespected our family and never once offered an apology. That alone was enough for us to decide we will never return—and we cannot recommend this resort to anyone. Please do not be misled by other reviews. If you value your money and your loved ones, look elsewhere. This property does not care about its guests, no one is kind, and our family left saddened by the entire experience.

The pool time ending at 6 pm which is terrible. Lots of restaurants were limited for adults only. There was no restaurants and foods on the beach. There was no good show. There was no night club just a small sport club and no live music. There was just two similar restaurants for launch. There was no facility for water sports like Volleyball on the pools.

The experience was amazing! This was our second time at the Majestic Costa Mujeres and it was the best! The property is incredibly clean, all the staff work hard to keep it inmaculate. The rooms are gorgeous and super comfortable. Our view was to the pools and oxean view. The service and the hospitality of the personal is incredible. All the persons were always smiling and super friendly. The girls of the kids club Alondra, Diana, and Estrella celebrated the bday of my daughters and make ir so memorable. I can not thank them enough to make her experience unique and make us feel like home. The best kids club and entreteinment team. All the restaurants
