Overall, the resort was good. Food was good nothing to write home about. Most staff were friendly.. we loved Antonio and Tino at the lobby bar. Great drinks and very friendly. Our butler Eduardo was very helpful and nice as well. Victor Chan covered for him while he was off and he was great as well. But the resort needs more maintenance work done.. we had a horrible smell in the room for a few days. They came right away to clean the filters and they were nasty. They could use more servers by the pool. Most pool bartenders were grumpy and hated their jobs. The towel guys were horrible.. limiting the number of towels you can get. They were rude and so frustrating because they would give one towel per person but then the next person would get 4 towels. I guess if you give them a tip you can get all the towels you want.

I arrived to find that my room was given to someone else and they offered me a lesser room for the night and a massage. That means I spent one day of my limited vacation repacking and unpacking again to move into the correct room. I was told by my butler that reservations for certain restaurants needed to be made 3 days in advance. I had tried for over a week to contact someone for reservations and didn't receive an email to make reservations until I was landing in Cancun. Very unprofessional and sloppy processes!

We were very impressed by our stay here. Our butler Lalo was fantastic and went above and beyond for us. He made dinner reservations for us, answered questions we had, set up our rooms with rose petals and balloons, he was just the best. Carlos at the Italian restaurant was lovely. ALL of the staff always had smiles on their faces and said hello every time they walked by. It was always good vibes there. The food was great. The hibachi restaurant was AMAZING. They are also very accommodating with dietary restrictions and they seem to really care. They had a huge Super Bowl watch party with a big screen and food and drinks. No complaints from us about this property. We were honestly blown away. I would highly recommend staying in a club suite with a private butler and club area privileges. Those snack and drink bars came in handy many times throughout our stay. It was a great touch. Overall we would definitely come back.

This was an amazing resort for n a beautiful beach. The staff is amazing And our room was incredible. Mauricio was our butler and went out of his way to make our every need was met. My favorite restaurant was the seafood restaurant on the beach end of the resort. Lunches and dinners there were amazing! Will definitely come back!

The resort was beautiful and the staff that was there was friendly and helpful. They were severely understaffed leading to restaurant closures and long waits. The food was mediocre and the water in the sinks and showers smelled awful.

The restaurant was not overcrowded unlike others in the region. Really friendly staff and service was top-notch. The everyday events were really well organized. They had an excellent Mexican night, white night, Michael Jackson show etc. Events had food stalls were a lot of attention to detail was paid. One improvement could be making Indian food in buffet halal that’d make this place a first choice for many Indians and Pakistanis.

Seemed dated, several pools but all small and chilly (including room plunge pool). Food was decent, even the buffets. We liked all the evening entertainment; for several of these they had food too). We stayed in the Excellence Club and it wasn’t worth it - the room smelled moldy and everything just felt wet all the time. The beach was wavy and not really for swimming. The day beds have experienced a good bit of wear and tear, but there were generally spots open under shade.

Our Butler Omar was awesome. Food was great at the Japanese restaurant, the Steak House, and the Buffets. Even at the little beach hut with burgers and dogs. Bartenders were awesome and the nightly entertainment was top notch. Overall the staff was an 10 out of 10. Room service food was less than desirable and they didn’t bring everything we ordered. The biggest reason for not giving a 5 star was the checkin. They were splitting groups up and asking part of the group to take a room on the family side of the resort. Clearly they overbooked the “Adult” only side of the resort. Which caused us a delay in checking in, as well as needing to move rooms the second day in the middle of the day. Very inconvenient! And told us it was a maintenance issue, which we learned was not true. Other guests ran into the same frustrating situation.

Stayed here with my husband for our honeymoon and where do I even start. This place is absolutely incredible. From the very beginning we were treated amazing. Staff carried our luggage to the room, gave us a tour, everyone we dealt with at this resort seemed genuinely happy we were there and so willing to help with anything we needed. The food and drinks were so good!! Many different restaurants to choose from and when they say all inclusive, they mean it, we payed for nothing. Room service is also included which was very convenient. This hotel is in a great location, very quiet, and super secure. There was never a time we felt unsafe. The views were breathtaking and everything was so clean. Zero complaints, will definitely be back.

I love the property I think it's an excellent resort. Plenty of bars and restaurants, I thought the food was good. Our room was very nice, the rooftop plunge pool was awesome. It had a great view. Definitely would return and recommend.
