Friendly staff. Felix is especially great. Food is good. Coffee bar is great, staff are fantastic in there. Ivan at the checkin desk is polite,friendly. AC needs work, elevators are slow.

Overall, it was a decent trip. The rooms need to be renovated and the elevators definitely need to be fixed. If you do stay here, I recommend reserving a room in the Altitude tower as it's a newer building. The food was decent, but the breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet surpassed the other restaurant options. All said, the beach and staff exceeded expectations (especially Janer and Mark). Overall, it was worth the price we paid for the trip. If anyone knows what the different color wristbands are, please let me know (it's killing me not knowing what each color denotes. I would stay here again.

This was a long weekend Anniversary trip for me and my wife . We had a wonderful time staying here . The beach was great .the location was fantastic close to everything.we enjoyed the food at the three restaurants on property.All the staff at the hotel were amazing so helpful. The only problem we had was this hotel has four elevator.which in the five day we stay there we never saw all four running once there were three ,most of the time two and a few times just one .this hotel has fourteen floors .so that was I bit of a problem. But overall we really enjoyed our stay One last thing we REALLY ENJOYED THE CABANAS ON THE BEACH

My issue was the bracelet they give you when you check. I had a blue bracelet and that bracelet did not give me access to the infinity pool. It didn’t give me access to the good restaurants in the property. All inclusive means all inclusive they can tell you where you can eat and where you can swim.

Scam! The resort is in a great location and some of the staff is awesome. I left feeling taken advantage of. When I was leaving they said I needed to check out to be able to leave and stated my daughter was not on the reservation, when she clearly was. It was stated on Expedia. They said I owed $600USD to be able to leave the said $400. I kept refusing and asked for a manager. Finally after a heated debate, having them go through my phone I paid the $400 to be able to leave. I was close to missing my flight and missed the shuttle scheduled and had to get a taxi. It was an awful experience. It seemed they do this often but its when people are leaving so nobody sees it.

Excellent front desk/concierge service & treatment

I had a great experience checking in with Cindy who upgraded me to a suite & allowed me access to the room when I got there at 9am + gave me the all-inclusive benefits to start right away instead of at noon (thanks to booking through this app!) I then met with my concierge Janer who was excellent, texted me all the hotel info I needed & more. He had a welcome gift sent to my room not long after arriving. When it came to check out time he gave me access to continue using the all-inclusive benefits until I left at 5pm (after checking out at noon) and he also gave me a complimentary access to the Moskito beach club (a Bali bed & the all inclusive!) Roberto at the Moskito beach club was amazing, after ordering a few drinks he just kept coming without asking for the rest of the day. He was super friendly and helpful. He also brought me lunch there which was pretty good too - pizza al pastor. The service at the buffet was almost non existent though. It seemed as though they were only there to clear tables. The service and meal I had at the oriental a la carte was excellent. The room was clean and spacious with gorgeous views of course. I had a huge patio to sit and enjoy the views, and even some music from coco bongo. This hotel is on the best beach in Cancun, so if you’re looking for an amazing beach and stay to go with it, definitely book here.
