Krystal all inclusive is amazing. We came to cancun first time and we had so much fun. I love the aquazumba in the krystal infinity pool. Evening karaoke and line dancing were great and enjoyable. Fresh food throughout the day. Very polite and friendly staff , always ready for help. Great experience will surely come again. Beach is beautiful 😍 🤩 👌 ❤️ 💙 💕

I have gone on 29 trips all over the Caribbean, MX, CA, etc. I couldn't get the lock box to work. The elevator didn't work most of the time time. No wash rags, no shower towel for the floor. The first night, didn't get there until 4pm. To make reservations it had to be between 8 am to 4 pm. It is all-inclusive so we had to eat at the buffet. I went to the desk at 8:30 am and ALL 3 restaurants were full. OK, 2nd all-inclusive night not able to get in so we went off the resort & BOUGHT a dinner and it was my husband's birthday so doubly disappointed. The sheets on the bed had been washed with towels cuz they had fuzzies on them which made them itchy. We were told from the front desk to get our welcome gift & a lady grabbed our paper and took us to a desk & told us we would get 2- 50 minute massages for $10.00 & proceeded to tell us all the stuff we had to do to get this gift, one being listen to a speech & I'm sure it was trying to get us to book another trip. We declined & that was the end of the "welcome gift." TONS of little kids, screaming, crying & throwing fits were common. Among other things the All inclusive menu had a limited menu to order from otherwise you have to buy it. my husband got stolen his Viagra, an OTC testosterone booster that cost $80.00 for10 pills AND they took is testosterone injectable medication with the syringes and needles!!!!!!!! We will NEVER come back. Michael the bartender was phenomenal and so was ANNA in the spa, The BEST for sure.

Krystal Cancun has a Great beach, great location to do stuff and not be stuck at a resort all the time. No need to rent a car. Activities can be purchased in the lobby and include transportation. Xcarat was awesome! We went all inclusive and unfortunately the buffets weren’t great. You need reservations for the restaurants. I would skip the Asian one next time. The Mediterranean/Italian was the best by far and the Mexican Restaurant was fun with the Mariachi band. Coco Bongo was walking distance and super fun for those 18 as well as Senior Frogs and some good taco stands.

Hotel management is a rip off we booked through Expedia all kids under 18 But they charged us 1000 dollars extra because any one at age 12 considered as an adult Elevators are always not working some old people had to climb 18 floors Menu is not versatile it’s same food Beach was dirty with glass and cigarette buts Some staff were really nice we gave them a generous tips because it was not their fault Restaurant booking is very risky you have to get up 12 am mid night if you want to reserve a table , so all inclusive does not work

Not enough bars on the property for the guest, had to wait every time for the bartender to wait on the waiter staff first. They have a sign for the beach bar but it has been closed for awhile now. The real issue is the noise from the nightclubs. If you are in building B with the ocean view these rooms are unsuitable to stay in. The nightclubs play their music so loud from 8pm until 3am you cannot hear your TV without it being on volume 50. Trying to sleep is impossible if you are in this wing at all. We did ask them to move us to an ocean front room after 3 nights without sleep and they did without any problems and they even said they knew the music issues existed every night.

Property was not the best. We had some issues with our room where the water would be turned off and much construction was happening at the resort. Customer service was hit or miss sometimes. Location was great because of walkability to other places. Beach was beautiful and great for the kids.

Food Was Trash But There’s Plenty Of restaurants around the resort. If you paying cash make sure to iron and wash your money as they won’t accept it with the slightest marks or rips in them.
