The hotel was great, bed was good. We stayed for a week, but we weren’t able to get a reservation in one of the restaurants because was busy all the time, please note that you can only get a restaurant reservation the day that you want to go to the restaurant, which makes it even more difficult. In the last three days of our stay, we weren’t able to take a hot shower, we called the receptionist and they said that the hotel had an internal problem, they didn’t offer a solution or let us know when the problem was going to be fixed. Last day of our stay no electricity, therefore no AC. Very sad because I was expecting a great stay.

It was nice being right by the beach which was relaxing. They have a nice pool but we were at the beach mostly. The Bali beds at the beach you have to buy a bottle and spend a certain amount of money for you to be able to rent it for the day. The food or desserts weren’t the best in the buffet not the restaurants. The buffet should have more options for breakfast. Not worth all inclusive for drinks as you’re mostly drinking mixer not really any alcohol in the drinks. We found a roach in our room our first morning. I was given VIP status but was never informed about it nor any of the perks until the last day when they left a card on our table. Someone woke us up early to go down to get a gift they had. Once I spoke to them, the gift was only if we go to a meeting and have them talk to us about the perks on becoming a rewards members and a tour but only in the mornings for a couple hours. Reminded me of what they do to get you to do a timeshare. The beds are very hard in the rooms and not comfortable at all. On our first 2 days after housekeeping came we had to call for towels because they weren’t replaced. Needless to say I wouldn’t stay here again. Location was convenient but not worth returning.

Todos demasiado amables, el personal si que se pasaba de amable, las instalaciones buenas y todo accesible solo hubo dos cositas. La primera que en el restaurante con vista a la alberca los pajaros atacaban todo el buffete, se robaban la fruta, los panes, picotaban todo y no hacia nada nadie. La playa pues muy publica demaciada gente haciendo picnic ahi, como esta al lado una subida para la calle pues, demaciadas personas. Los bares cierran muy temprano. Es un reborujo para saber donde puedes comer por los horarios. Pero en general fue una muy buena estancia, si lo recomiendo.

We have visited Krystal twice before and truly loved the experience . We love getting in the ocean and this is the best in Cancun. As much as we love this beach, we will not return to Krystal. Several miscommunications were frustrating. The towel sergeant was frustrating when he couldn’t find our room number on his list and did t want to give us towels. The food was not good-no flavor at all. I’m not hard to please but when I am spending money for a vacation I want to enjoy the experience. Maybe we will try Krystal Grand…

I didn’t like that you have to make reservations to eat an all inclusive resort, plus to be an all inclusive. They don’t provide alcohol after 11 or nowhere to have dinner after those hours. Even to play at the pool tables. There’s not allowed after 11 PM.
