Would have appreciated knowing the hotel was under MAJOR construction.. nothing says vacation like the constant sound of a jackhammer, saw, and hammer! The food was really limited, am I’m not a picky eater. The wait staff was not friendly with the exception of a few. The front desk did not give good instructions for the resort. There was not a hot tub as advertised. Our room was clean, spacious, and stayed cold- loved that! The hotel was very dead after 6pm and there was a pool table that required quarters… not very all inclusive. The beach was lovely and the constant seaweed upkeep was outstanding. As a person who travels to Cancun 3-5 times a year, I would not recommend this hotel compared to all of the others we’ve stayed at. We were bored and hungry.. but grateful to be in our favorite vacation spot! Try the RIU or Hyatt properties!

Clerks David and Alexandro were wonderful. They answered every question we had. But, the hotel lacked variety when it came to food and some places weren’t included with the all inclusive. Our last nite, limited entertainment. But the worst part of the stay was the haggling from some of the vendors inside the hotel. They were constantly in your face trying to sell you something. I know that’s what they o to make money but when you want to vacay and relax, the last thing you want to do is be bothered with sales. I would come back to Cancun but possibly not to this place. But the experience all in all was good for my first visit ever

Was more than I expected for the price. All of the food was really good! Wide variety for the inclusive meals either at the buffet or on the menu. Hotel was very clean and room service was exceptional. Highly recommend!

El hotel.es còmodo, habitacionea amplias y el staff muy atento y dispuesto a ayudar. El paquete all inclusive tiene restricciones en bebidas y comida. El lobby bar cierra a las 12 de la noche y el room service tiene costo adiCional y no es 24 hrs. La playa es hermosa y hay muchos lugares cerca para comer y disfrutar luego de las 12 de la noche. La localizacion es centrica y accesible.

Spa was good, staff is interactive Very limited resources No swim up bar so that can be a con Should be more alternatives for food especially for those who are in pool & beach for convenience. The deck lunch was very good and authentic Mexican food and there is a hot dog stand but an option on the beach or maybe a quick buffet somewhere else would be good. Beach had a lot of seaweed but that is not the resorts fault. Room service is not included in the price. Alcohol had a lot of options. The most bothersome thing about this resort is the construction that goes on directly over your room. It is very noisy and they start early so keep in mind that you may not be at ease sleeping in late. I’d give the resort a 3.5/5. There is quite a bite of stairs to go up and down from beach/pool to the main lobby and rooms. And the walkways are a bit tight but it is a small resort area. What makes a resort a 5/5 in my opinion is

I liked the property and its services and staff. However, the "All" inclusive it is NOT inclusive if you want decent wines, NOT better you need to buy $600 MX at least to get a $10-12 USD wine bottle. Also, we were charged some bogus non disclosed beach cleaning fee when the beach was full of seaweed. The Tios(Spaniards) could do better with the house wine than thay cheap ass Tempranillo that it is NOT even good for a Kalimotxo. Get, wine from Baja. Cheaper and better. I almost bought the membership, but couldn't gift weeks to whoever I choose, whether family or friend without paying extra fees. EVERYTHING is an upgrade there. Other than that it is a lovely place. Cheers!!!

Staff was super nice, accommodating, and understanding. They helped with everything my partner and I were confused about, and we are some shy people so they helped us out a lot. They have 3 areas to dine: The deck, Umami, Chianti & Tacos Villanos and all were delicious. While the deck was more buffet like, the food was good for the amount there was and for it being resort food. However, Umami and Chianti had amazing food and a really good selection, each time my partner and I went we left with a stuffed stomach. The great thing about these places is that if we stayed a certain amount of days we were able to get free dinner, since we stayed 2 weeks we had 3 days at chianti & 2 at Umami. Umami has hibatchig which the reservation is needed for, or you can just go in to the sushi bar and eat, most things on that menu are all included. Tacos villanos were really good too but we paid out of pocket, which was more than fine for us considering all the free food we were getting. The housekeeping staff was kind to call and even slip a paper under our door to see if we wanted our room clean, and they were quick to come and clean. The area around the hotel was beautiful and walkable, we never felt unsafe. I would recommend this hotel to people who have never been to cancun. 10/10
