The food was fantastic. I am not a fan of buffets and rarely enjoy all inclusive hotels but the food here was fantastic! Of the 3 choices for dinner however, the mexican restaurant was the worst. I preferred the buffet most nights. The restaurant staff for breakfast was great especially David and Bernardo (uncle Bernie). However mist staff wasn't that friendly and inviting. Punta Cana as a whole does a much better job at this. Wasn't a fan of Freddie at the front desk, was kinda dismissive. We're hold members at Hilton (didn't make a big deal of it), but because we booked through Expedia, I felt we got a raw deal on our room. We went to sleep listening to trucks beep as they backed up and woke up most mornings at 6am to trucks backing up as we were right above the loading dock. We reached out to Hilton and asked Freddie for help in changing our room but didn't get much help. We very well coulbed pitched a fit and talked to a manager but we just wanted to enjoy our vacation, but the last night there we woke up at about 530am to the sound of trucks backing in to the dock whereas other mornings it would start and seemingly stop, this morning it didn't until about 8 or 9 when we had to be up anyhow. Whatever you do don't get a room anywhere near 4021, anything that's an odd number around there would be on the dock side, please please let them know you'd like somewhere else. I'd give them max stars but for this experience! Property is great, pool was closed for a day though

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a more secluded location with modern amenities and incredible service. Food options were very good for an all inclusive resort and both our kids 5 and 7 years old loved the kids club staff and activities. What really set this resort apart from others we have been to was the close proximity of all the amenities. We found a comfortable spot every day to set up shop and we could keep an eye on the kids without needing to move or hike a fair distance between the pool, beach, restaurant and kids club. Staff throughout the resort were always friendly and willing to help. We never felt pressured to buy anything or obligated to tip. Just a really comfortable and relaxing vibe all around!

Would recommend 100 times over. One of the my best resorts I have ever stayed at. Clean, tremendously friendly and attentive, not one bad thing to say about the food ( very rare for an all inclusive) and drinks were great. Very private and luxurious . Will be back for sure and sad to be leaving!

Our family chose this location because we were looking for a resort that was safe, convenient and family friendly and that is exactly what we got! The location is small enough that it’s very easy to find everything you need. It’s a quick 15 minute drive from the airport and the staff are some of the best we have ever experienced. The location was clean. The food was wonderful and the drinks were cold and refreshing. Special shout out to Ernesto! Ernesto wasn’t just friendly and helpful but he literally brought a smile to our faces every time we seen him. He truly helped make our experience memorable! Muchas Gracias, Ernesto! The only challenge I would mention is the bathrooms. There is a glass door that makes privacy a little harder for a family of 4. However, overall we loved our trip and we will be back!
