Great stay and amenities. The hotel was pristine, workers were so friendly, and food and drinks were plentiful and delicious. In our room, we didn’t love the clear glass wall separating the bedroom from bathroom sink area, and fogged glass shower and toilet doors. It wasn’t enough bathroom/dressing privacy for my family with teens.

We liked the hospitality, and the genuine kindness of the staff. The different restaurant choices and the entertainment provided to keep the atmosphere festive. What we didn't like was the distance from the Resort to the actual tourist areas of Cancun and the markets to visit and get a feel of Cancun. Our overall experience was a positive and memorable one aside from one incident of a neighboring room that was having a loud party until 1:45am and only stopped because I knocked on their door to tell them that was enough. Before that we tried and tried contacting someone in the lobby to report it but got no answer.

The staff is wonderful! We loved Abraham at the buffet for breakfast and Humberto during lunch at the tacos by the pool. The hotel was clean. Our favorite restaurants were the Italian and the steakhouse. I would definitely return back.

We had an amazing time at the Hilton Cancun All-Inclusive with our family. From start to finish, everything went smoothly—check-in and check-out were efficient and hassle-free. The room was modern, spacious, and very comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We really appreciated how thoughtful the restaurant team was, especially when it came to our son’s gluten intolerance—they went out of their way to ensure he had safe and tasty options every day. While there were some halal options available, a few required an additional charge, but overall the culinary experience was very enjoyable. The pool area was a highlight—well-maintained with plenty of seating, and there were fun activities happening daily that kept the kids engaged. The beach was nice, though there was quite a bit of seaweed along the shore during our stay. Fortunately, the hotel wasn’t too crowded, which made the experience even more relaxing. The weather was perfect throughout our trip. If we had one suggestion, it would be to add more evening entertainment like outdoor movie nights or themed events to make the nights more lively. Overall, we had a memorable and relaxing vacation. We’d definitely recommend Hilton Cancun for families looking for comfort, good service, and a great poolside experience.

Ups and down: hotel has very nice parts but pools are a disaster, with a lot of broken parts and holes, automatic doors sensor are useless (my wife ended with an injured leg), service is average to poor except Auma and Maxal, bartenders dont wanna work, housekeeping poor, there were the same dirty plates from room service outside a room for 2 days
