Haven is a very nice resort. Dinners were excellent! Not a lot of choices for lunch if you don’t do the Serenity club, there is always a buffet and 2 small snack shacks; but no restaurants where you can order from. Breakfast is only a buffet, so no choices there either. Very nice rooms and pools. Some of the entertainment was decent, but nothing special. Beach is nice and quiet, not a lot of people on it. Staff is very friendly and great service. One pool is quiet and laid back, one pool is more of a party, loud pool. We’d stay there again

We really enjoyed our stay at the Haven! The hotel is very close and convenient to the airport without being in hotel zone. We really enjoyed that there was one pool with music, entertainment, and activities and another more mellow pool for just relaxing and reading. The grounds are very pretty and well manicured. The staff was very accommodating and wonderful (Especially Carlos by the pool.) the restaurants and food was pretty good, but our main complaint would be the difficulty of getting into the restaurants with our group of 6 to 8 people.

My husband and I stayed at Haven Riviera for our honeymoon. It was our first time traveling out of the U.S. we absolutely loved it. We are Mexican-American so my husband speaks Spanish fluently and the staff, waiters, bartenders all appreciated it so much. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The property is beautiful, the buffet was delicious! So many types of Mexican dishes, I was a bit sad to see so many people getting cereal for breakfast but hey, to each his own. This resort is consistent, we've been here a bunch of times and quite frankly it's our favorite adults only resort in Cancun. We always book Serenity Club and request Eduardo as our Butler, he has amazing attention to detail and always delivers. Thank you Eduardo for your service! The entire staff in this resort is genuine, friendly, helpful and hard working. Upon our last visit we have seen multiple employees that are still here, years after our first visit, it tells a lot. Their staff manager Anna is doing a great job. Our room was spacious, comfortable and always clean, the pools are well maintained and I would say that entertainment has gotten even better since our previous visit last summer. There are multiple different options for those who prefer to be active and looking for fun as well for those who seek relaxing and quiet experience. Plenty of chairs, towels any time of the day. The food is above average for all inclusive resort, we never had a bad meal and really enjoyed all the restaurants. We loved the new concept dinner with live dancing show in Tahini, it was super fun. Special thank you to our Butler Eduardo, Degre the pool concierge, Fer and Geronimo at the pool service and Marcelo and Santiago at Olios. Our room was always spotless and fresh as Diana took a great care of it for us as well. We already booked our next stay in the summer, can't wait to go back!
