We really loved this resort! We went for our honeymoon and it was amazing, the food was really good, the pools were nice, the beach was beautiful, and the staff was absolutely amazing. We felt very welcomed and cared for. I could not have chosen a better place to stay!

Enjoyed our stay! Staff is very attentive and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Food was good but a little repetitive on the buffet. Had Japanese and was very good. Mediterranean food so so. Beautiful views. Only disappointing thing is our travel to and from the Airport was supposed to be included. It ended up we had to pay 120 bucks. Didn’t like that! Took Uber back to the airport… 30 bucks. Overall I would recommend

Nice rooms, clean. Hard to get drinking water for rooms. Need insulated doors to hall and between rooms. Limited bland dining except chinese restaurant, that was tasty. Hard to get reservation for the other on property restaurant and that was marginal. Alcohol not served til 11 so no morning bloody Mary's or mimosas. Over all had a good time. Property safe staff was nice.

The property was beautiful and clean. The kids had a great time in the kid pool, which was in a partially shaded area that we appreciated. We didn't get a chance to try any of the restaurants, as reservations booked up fast (get the app and book immediately!) but the buffet had lots of options and the theme changed throughout our stay. It was always well stocked, as well as the afternoon snack bar. Service staff were helpful and friendly. The beach was beautiful and a lifeguard was on duty, which was comforting because there were some waves and it was a bit tricky for the kids, even though that was their favorite part of the trip. The view of the sea was stunning, especially from our room balcony. We found the rooms were not well soundproofed and could hear our neighbours very clearly, especially when they had the tv on at night. Also during a live DJ night outside, the music could easily be heard in our room. The evening entertainment didn't show up on the app until our last day, which was disappointing. I'd heard there were daily movies at 2pm, but nobody seemed to know about that, which was a shame during a rainy day. Overall, especially considering it was March Break and the hotel was booked solid, we had a fantastic stay and would recommend this resort for families.

5 star hospitality! We had a great time at this resort and I would recommend it to others. Only about 15 min from airport. The great things: STAFF, buffet food (not outstanding, but good), pool buffet food, the pools/entertainment/vibe, the beach (spacious and beautiful), and the various games and activities around the resort. The things that were less great, but still fine: the hallways were very loud, the adjoining room doors are thin and you can hear the other room, the rooms are fairly small and have double beds (as opposed to queen size) so sleeping with a partner wasn't super comfortable, although the bed and pillow quality was good for us. I wanted to tip workers at times and, although I arrived with pesos, it was nearly impossible to get anyone to break them down into small bills. We only stayed 4 nights but were never able to get a restaurant reservation so the only food experience I have is the buffet. I suggest the resort do something to make the reservation system more accessible. The most annoying thing is people getting up early to save pool chairs and then disappear for hours and not use them, but this is more of a selfish person issue than a resort issue. I suspect this selfish behavior exists at all resorts. We were always able to find a seat somewhere, even if just at the edge of the pool. As others have mentioned there is construction next door, but not on Sunday and the noise didn't bother us. There was still plenty of sun, despite the building.

This hotel was terrible. Their service was awful. I stayed there for five nights, and not even once could I reserve a table at their restaurants. They don’t even give you a bottle of water. Room service is not free—you have to pay for everything. Even when you pay, like $5 just to get some tea, it can take anywhere from 45 minutes to what feels like a year. They lie, saying you can make reservations, but in reality, you can’t. The staff is not helpful at all. I usually don’t leave reviews, but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel.
