Upon arrival, we were greeted with an inoperable escalator, I was real skeptical about getting a good experience based just on that. Checking in was a breeze, and although, we arrived at approximately 2200hrs, I was still expecting some comforts at the front of the hotel lobby, we settled for room service. The overall food experience was average, I must say, the restaurant “El Mexicano” was very surprising in a good way. There is also the Italian restaurant “Rosato” and the Cevichera which were okay. Several other restaurants on the premises which are not part of the inclusive package and would cost extra. The drinks were good. I recommend the “Mescalita”. The wait staff is excellent. But I revert to the amenities and comforts provided, we had an excursion pick up 0630 hrs and at the time failed to order room service thinking that there might be something light like fruits or muffins set out at the lobby, but there wasn’t. The breakfast buffet line gets long around 9am. Entertainment options are limited, few activities around the pool, few games (with limited accessory pieces) near the main bar, daycare for small kids

We had a great experience here. From check in to check out everything was great. The only thing our group wished was more bartenders at the pool swim up bar. They had two, but the were not much FUN. Putting fun bartenders would help the fun vibe at the pool.

We stayed here for 12 days and it’s a beautiful resort with great food and lots of space. Wasn’t overly busy so pool loungers weren’t much of an issue but we did go in July so that might be why. The resort is very clean, but parts were being renovated while we were there. The kids pool and the kids club were great, lots of activities to keep them busy and they do some crafting they can take home for souvenirs. Nightly activities for the adults too. The staff are very friendly and the food was good with more options than some resorts have.

Perfect Girls Trip – Can’t Wait to Come Back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ First time at Fiesta Americana Condesa and we absolutely loved everything about this resort! We received a room upgrade to a stunning oceanfront suite…amazing views and a beautiful room. It was a girls trip with my daughter and sister, and we made unforgettable memories. The all-inclusive package is the way to go—great food, drinks, room service, and tons of daily activities. The resort is also very family-friendly!
