What we liked: -walkable to local restaurants, grocery store, isla mujeres ferry terminal -pool area -room amenities: microwave, robes, complimentary water bottle What we didn’t like -concierge asking to join a morning presentation after check-in (when we just want to go to our room after a long day of travel) -waited for our luggage to be brought up, after couple of hours it didnt arrive. I had to go down to get it myself. - we were assigned in a room with adjacent room. All noise and conversation from the other room can be heard clearly. It wakes us up as soon as the guests in the other room are awake. Good thing we only stayed for 2 nights.

It was an unforgettable family trip. The staff was phenomenal, warm, and thoughtful! They answered all our questions. Jhovanny welcomed all of us, made excellent suggestions about places to visit, and went out of his way to prepare a balloon centerpiece to celebrate my uncle's birthday.

We needed a 2 bedroom suite for a few days before checking into Hyatt Ziva….and we wanted a non all inclusive option to dine around Cancun….The 2 bedroom suite was amazing! Slightly aging….but clean and enormous with a huge patio and a gorgeous view….we thought the room was an amazing deal for the price….we also had a relaxing time at the pool and beach and the food at the Palapa restaurant for lunch was delicious! We were able to Uber to great restaurants for dinner and walked to breakfast….we actually enjoyed this part of the trip more than the high end AI we checked into afterwards…if the 2 bedroom suite is available I highly recommend it for a family of 5 or more!!
