It’s very outdated, the pool has rust all around. And they break into out safety deposit box and try to use 3 of my credit cards. Don’t waste your money there, the staff did anything to try to help us.

I almost never book a hotel without first reading the reviews, but somehow this one sneaked through. Reading reviews after booking, I was very apprehensive about what we would find there. However, it was fine. For reasons that aren't relevant here (booking issue, not a hotel issue), we stayed in two separate rooms so my review is about both. To address some of the issues I've seen in other reviews, first off, neither of the rooms nor the bathrooms smelled like sewage. We had a jacuzzi in both rooms that both looked clean. We used one of the jacuzzis and it worked just fine. We didn't try the other one so I can't comment on that. The showers had very strong flow with plenty of hot water. No, there were no shower doors and yes, water got on the floor, especially if running the shower on full blast. But having no shower door is very common in Mexico - there were plenty of towels to wipe up the water that spilled over. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms quite spacious. One of our rooms had a small terrace, and both had great views of the pool and sea beyond. Despite what Google says, the hotel does have an elevator. I can't give 5 stars because the restaurant had a very limited menu and seemed overpriced. We only went there for dinner on one day, though they claimed to be open for breakfast too. Coffee makers in the rooms would have been nice, but there was a fridge. Overall, better than expected based on previous reviews.

The room was disgusting. Even after cleaning the room myself, i did not feel comfortable sleeping in it. The air condition would stop working at night and the entire room would moist, even standing water on the floor, there was mold and mildew everywhere. The toilet seat was covered in something gross, i had to clean it myself. We had to ask the manager to have our sheets washed and i still question whether or not they were washed before our stay. The pool and beach area were great but i would not recommend this to anyone because it was unsanitary.

The food at the hotel sucks. Not worth the price. The pizza wasn’t hot and it looked like it was frozen kind. The grill chicken doesn’t come with a good portion size . The lasagna doesn’t taste like lasagna. The building looks like it needs to be painted. It needs to be remodeled. The pictures online are not the same from what you really see. The rooms have condensation on the floor from the ac unit. The front desk ladies are friendly I give them that. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone

Todo estuvo más o menos Lo único que fue de lo peor es que no tienen lavadora ni secadoras en el cuarto ni te lo ofrecen ese servicio en el hotel. El baño está en malas condiciones. Por quizás 3 quilos o menos de ropa para lavar me cobraron $2700 pesos $135 dólares eso se me izo un verdadero abuso. Lo peor que me entregaron la ropa asta 24hrs después una verdadera burla. Yo no regresaría aquí.

Great location bus to downtown stops right in front of the hotel for just 12 pesos. Daily cleaning and very comfortable beds. Breakfast is complete and delicious. William, our waiter, was excellent, and Jairo from the towel service was always very helpful. Highly recommend
