Food and drink are good. Rooms and beach are good. Entertainment was ok But really nothing to do after 9:30! There is no night life. There is a sport bar which is a very sad place! Did we enjoy! Yes for sure! The height for us was the room with nice view. Nice beach. Good food and drinks. What was missing first no real VIP treatment. The resort credit is a scam! You need to spent more than $2500 to be able to get that! Second we were very board at nights! Really nothing to do at the resort!

Everything at this reaort was fantastic; however, the 24/h room service was super slow and took a very long time to get food unfortunately. Overall everything was incredible beaides the lengthy waits for room service.

Check in was fast and they had my room ready before regular check in time. Jorge, Sabi, Carmen and Nelson were all fantastic. We rented a pool cabana for the week and service was exceptional . Room was great and so were the food choices. If you want a place to relax this is it. We will be back!

Loved my time at Iberostar Coral Reef Adult only. Everyone was friendly, very hospitable, area was clean and organized. We felt safe even with the tours and exercusions offered at the hotel, plenty of transportation available to get to the shops down 15 mins away. Only sad thing was we couldn’t enjoy the beach because of the sea weed but that was already expected because of the season we are in, I’d suggest going to Isla se Mujeres excursion, it was beautiful and the beach was clean. Overall food was great and the spa area was amazing! Because of the VIP access I was able to add 20% off my massage treatment. I would love to come back during the high season. Great price for a short stay and not overly crowded.

The staff is superb. Hands-down Iberostar is always the best experience. From Yazmin at the reception desk to Sabe at cabana service and MANY others, the staff at the Coral was out of this world. Will definitely be returning and couldn’t recommend them enough!

My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary! We were excited to go to this resort! Since we arrived a bit late, we decided on room service. The options for room service were very limited which was frustrating being an all inclusive resort. The drink menu on the app did not work. Thankfully the room had various drinks and water readily available. One serious concern we had was not having any emergency or pharmacy options available after hours. While no one goes on vacation expecting to get hurt or feel sick. It does happen and not being able to find medication or first aid items was frustrating.
