El hotel tiene Muy bonitas vista hacia el mar y la piscina, tienen area de acceso A la playa . El restaurante que tienen ayi mismo está bueno y muy amables el personal . Lo único que notamos es que no dejan estar sentados ni el la orilla de la alberca con bebidas . Hay mucho transporte siempre accesible pasando enfrente, el hotel esta a 20 mnts de playa delfines y puedes caminar hacia esa area . O tomar un camioncito, todo esta cerca de ayi el mall , los antros y los mercados para comprar souvenirs o comer .

Of the 3 pools two of them are connected but separated by a small wall so should be considered one. Hair on shower wall. Can’t get towels past 3pm and was told that it is not their problem at that point. Hot upon arrival. Poor shower pressure. Pool, bar, and restaurant close at 9. Pool was cloudy last day there. Flickering light so made it hard to sleep. No tv upstairs and tiny screen downstairs in main area. Their internet was down so couldn’t pay for breakfast without finding and atm that would take visa. Overall, extremely unimpressed.

Extremely Disappointed I trusted Expedia because of its advertisements and the detailed descriptions provided on the platform. The hotel experience was extremely disappointing and upsetting for both me and my wife. The hotel room we were given looked nothing like what was shown in the photos on the Expedia website. Online, the room appeared spacious, bright, and equipped with modern furnishings. In reality, we were placed in a room directly under the roof, with old, worn-out furniture, rusty metal chairs, a metal bed box, and even a rusty iron curtain rod on the main window. When we arrived, the room was unbearably hot. The split AC unit took a long time to begin cooling the room. The bathroom was a disaster—dirty water pooled on the floor during showers and even started moving toward the room corridor. There was no bathtub, even though Expedia lists a "shower/tub combination" in the room description. Amenities were minimal: one tiny shampoo bottle, one sliver of soap, and a single roll of toilet paper for two adults. This level of service was unacceptable and far from what was advertised. On top of the poor room conditions, the beach was also a letdown. The shore and water were filled with thick seaweed and plant matter, making it unappealing and uncomfortable for swimming. That might explain why very few people—mainly children—were even in the water. Despite Cancun’s reputation for beautiful beaches, this area was not clean or inviting.

Property is decent its more for elderly, or couples with children, not for someone wanting entertainment and fun. Very basic plus they are the only hotel that ask for a deposit. You definitely get what you pay for here

Noise travels easily from the hall outside the room. Beach access via stairs. Shower had great pressure but trouble draining. Basic amenities. Suites are advertised as ocean view but you could only see the ocean standing by the corner of the window.

Fantastic Hotel – Would Return!
