Food was better than expected and reasonably priced. The hotel is simple, nothing fancy. Nice pool and great view. Had some issues with my keycard not opening my door. On that note, my stay was worth what I paid for it.

The building is older with renovated kitchenette and bathroom hence the 3 stars but the layout is cool and they have everything you need, good quality priced pool/oceanside restaurant, large 10 x 12 balcon, amazing sunrise views,laundry, store, free parking, infinity pool and great helpful staff…the excursion team are always available to show you Mexico!

This property is well past its prime. Its clean, but literally crumbling apart. Biggest issue our room was accesssd via a very narrow winding staircase. You literally open the room door and then climb. The stairs arent wide enough for suitcases to easily navigate and would be impossible to access for elderly people. Its a circular staircase that climbs straight up like a ladder to the next floor. Room was clean but very dated. Stained sheets. Pool very nice.

They nickel and dime on everything, not as nice as it used to be, at check receptionest returned my deposit to another customer, there is literally no way to contact them after you leave, the number they have on there hotel number no answers, stay away much better places to stay at same price

My new favourite hotel room!

The Master Suite at the Bsea is officially my favourite hotel room ever. The ocean breeze, the loft bedroom, the sunsets and sunrises, the character of the building, the views of both the lagoon and the ocean were unbeatable. My only small complaint was that I didn't have soap and a cloth to wash my dishes and there was no coffee maker. The character of the building is really special.

They seem to be letting their maintenance go a bit, this was my 3rd trip to the hotel. The microwave in the room did not work, I notified the front desk, but nothing was fixed during my stay. The TV in the room had no sound, and again, was not dealt with while I was there. But the location is great, the pool and beach are nice, staff is pleasant, and it suited my needs for a quiet weekend in Cancun.

I was upset that they gave me a joining room I could not sit or keep my balcony doors open because it was a scared balcony I want to sleep at night with the fresh air and ocean noise that’s why I asked for ocean view could not do that for safety reasons as no blockage between balcony’s was so upset Also they gave us a notice tell us they are spraying for pest control and I had to get out of my room by 11am that was rude and should have not been done when room was occupied and then when we got back room was not cleaned Also I had to fix the bourbon door from shaking as I could not sleep with the rattling noise

First of all i enjoyed staying in cancun and everyone should visit there. For this hotel to be honest is very old hotel and there's lack of maintenance. I took a room in the 5th floor the view was good but super noisy 24h because of the wind at night there's no way you can sleep. The restaurant was nice they have good food transportation was easy. For the similar price you can get something better.
