Property was really nice and clean, stuff very friendly, the food was not good unfortunately. We found a good dish at the Mexican restaurant and went there 3 times, but the others were not good. Breakfast was really good, lunch was ok, but dinner hardly could find a good dish.

Wife and I stayed here for our wedding anniversary. We stayed at Breathless Cabo a few years so we chose breathless Cancún soul for this trip. We remembered the Breathless Cabo had some of the best fish tacos with fresh tortillas, so we were looking for that option here. Unfortunately, this resort didn’t have the same restaurant as the Cabo location. The stay was great. We tried all the food restaurant options but only thing that stood out was the breakfast buffet at Spoon. All was good. Xhale club private room served the best drinks thanks to Emi & Joshua. The only problem we had was that on the last night, hotel staff came in to clean and do a turndown service, someone actually took one of my wife’s outfits and laid it on the bed which was weird. The staff cleaner also went inside my wife’s travel purse and we could tell the medicines were in different pockets than she left them.

After you’ve check in, they do not care

Every morning after checking in, I spoke with the front desk concierge about the uncomfortable temperature in our room. I even suggested switching to a smaller room in hopes it might be cooler, but nothing was done. I was repeatedly told that maintenance had checked the room and found the temperature to be "fine." Out of desperation, I called at 3 a.m. and requested maintenance again. This time, the technician and I used Google Translate to communicate and confirmed that the room was indeed hot. Yet, the next morning, the concierge casually acknowledged the issue, saying they had notes about the heat — but still, no action was taken. I had no reason to be dishonest about the problem, especially on our first day. What was most disappointing was the staff's attitude, which came across as, "You're already here, so deal with it." There was no real effort to resolve the issue or make things right. I strongly advise against booking here — not just because of the air conditioning issues, but because of the management's lack of urgency and care in addressing guest concerns.

We had the VIP package and just stayed for 4 nights. Getting the room with the jacuzzi on the balcony was worth it and we really enjoyed it! The XHALE staff was excellent and the drinks were great and the snacks available. The pools were fun. The VIP pool at the top was quiet if you were looking for that exclusive setting, and going up for the sunsets up there was amazingly beautiful. Wish the bar up there stayed open longer than 6pm. The breakfast buffet was good with a lot of options. The only downside for us, was we picked the resort for all of the food offerings and different restaurants. One night the Spoons restaurant was closed and due to the party happening out back with the brazilian theme (which was nice). The Kibbeh, and Coquette restaurants did not exist or were not open and we were not told why. My only recommendation on the food, is to maybe include on the information in the elevators, which restaurants were available on the daily basis and what the dinner theme would be at Spoons. Ultimately, it was fun and I think we would go back.

Beautiful resort, very inclusive for everyone age and anything in between! Had sooo much fun! The restaurants food for dinner were ALL so fresh nd good. You wouldn’t even notice it was an all inclusive meal. The staff was soo nice and accommodated any need. Felt safe morning nd night. They had daily parties for night life the poured into their on site club which was sooo fun. A lot of daily water sports in the pool with swim up bars. I’ve never gotten so tan in my life lol. Rooms were cleaned daily sometimes twice a day something I’ve never experienced, lol I would say it’s more of a couples resort which was perfect for why we came, highly recommended! Very close to excursions and shops about 15mins. Ubers cost about $5 American dollars. Getting bck you will need a taxi had a hard time getting uber were none available. Taxi were a flat $20. Will recommend this resort!!!
