We loved everything!!! La pasamos increíble! Un lugar espectacular, pero también lo que lo hace fantástico es el servicio tan detallado, dedicado y amable que te ofrecen en este mágico lugar. Joceline, Ramón, Cirilo, Alexys y otros tantos trabajadores en el restaurante Francés nos hicieron sentir muy especiales. También el personal del spa: Gustavo y Adela, se portaron increíbles, amables y amigables. El personal del front desk, siempre ayudando en cualquier dudad. Las señoritas encargadas de las habitaciones, excelente servicio, muy agradecidos por sus esfuerzos. El personal de room service y también quienes te reciben al llegar y te llevan amablemente las maletas. En el restaurante Lupita el manager y el personal, también muy amables. Una gran experiencia!!
