High end, high buck resort but worth EVERY penny. It was the best week ever where we all felt pampered. Some of these all inclusive resorts aren’t able to do everything well including the food. Not this place- the food is QUALITY and INCREDIBLE! The only negative comment I have is the beach and pool areas. The same ignorant antics by guests goes on- saving all the seats and lounge chairs. It was difficult to find seating on the beach and by the pool. Often the chairs were empty, but had a towel and t-shirt or book on them so essentially “saved”. I managed to grab a beach chair one morning to watch the sunrise and a woman came out and “saved” eight lounge chairs next to me. Later that day when I went back to the beach to swim, I couldn’t find an open lounge but her “saved” chairs were there and they were still empty!! There is a notice that states “your personal belongings will be removed in one hour” but I NEVER saw this happen. Sad, how something so juvenile affects your ability to enjoy the beach and pool, but some people…nonetheless, I would go back in a heartbeat. No worries tho. I’ll “never” save a seat. I like everyone to have an opportunity to enjoy. Perhaps Atelier should actually enforce this rule and maybe have someone assist with seating? Just a thought! So, you didn’t want to submit my review? According to your rules it meets criteria. There is NO profanity. It doesn’t mention prices and it certainly doesn’t give personal information. Your reviews are FAKE‼️

I just returned from an absolutely incredible stay at Atelier Playa Mujeres, and I’m already dreaming of going back! This resort is a slice of heaven on earth, and every single moment was pure perfection. The staff was phenomenal—friendly, professional, and genuinely invested in making our stay unforgettable. I have to give an extra special shoutout to MariJo by the pool—she was an absolute superstar! Her radiant smile and infectious energy lit up our days, and her attentiveness was unmatched. Whether it was bringing us perfectly timed cocktails or ensuring we had everything we needed to relax, MariJo made pool time an absolute delight. She’s a true asset to the resort! The resort itself is a masterpiece. The design is sleek and modern, with stunning ocean views that took my breath away every single day. Beautiful scenery

We had a very nice stay. The hotel itself is beautiful with lots of good restaurants. We particularly enjoyed Maria Delores, the Michelin restaurant. It can be difficult getting dinner reservations at the more popular restaurants such as the steakhouse. Im a vegetarian and didn't love the vegan options but my friends who are meat eaters loved the food. Meals do tend to take 2 plus hours as the service is very slow. The downside was on our final evening the bathroom ceiling started raining in our room. We requested it to be fixed and it was not fixed properly and continued to drip all night loudly so we couldn't sleep. Also, I saw an alligator and a giant 15 foot snake on the golf course that is adjacent to the hotel. I didn't realize just how close to the jungle we were. The staff was overall very nice and attentive. The pool bar staff was great and we got drinks quickly. The food at the main pool took forever to arrive...one of the days it was 2 hours from ordering.

Resort is beautiful, well maintained. This was my second time at the resort and again experienced a relaxing 4-night stay with stunning amenities and top-tier service. I am giving 4 stars because my husband and I ate shrimp that was not properly prepared and we got sick from it (from the steak restaurant, Los Abrazos). The shrimp tasted off and texture was really gross - we spat it out but found outselves having stomach issues during the night. Perhaps if we did not have that dish it would have been a perfect experience.

This resort was okay. I expected more out of it for the price we paid but some of the staff made it better. The only restaurants we seemed to enjoy was Kopai, Cilento (for lunch, El Susprio (for lunch) and the taco cart stand. The drinks were great at most of the bars and the bartenders were great. The beach isn’t anything spectacular, just a regular beach with no excitement. It was disheartening that a day prior into leaving, my money was taking out of my wallet by one of the staff members cleaning my room and when I went to the concierge to report it, Melissa stated that she could assure me, that none of the staff member’s at their resort would ever do that. So an investigation is being done now and my 400 Euro is gone but you would think being at a 5 Star Resort, that you wouldn’t have this problem. I won’t be returning to this resort any more. That put a terrible taste in my mouth and for someone to literally go in my wallet and take my money is a complete shame.
