Me and my best frienf stayed at the Altitude of Krystal Grand Cancun. Our stay was amazing and relaxing. The room was gorgeous and taken care of each day. The staff was incredibly kind and always helpful. Room service attendees were really on top and the best way we started our day. From the view, to the private beach. We were able to just relax.

We absolutely loved our stay at Krystal Grand Altitude. The rooms are well equipped and spotlessly clean. The staff is attentive and very friendly. This all inclusive resort has several restaurants and there is food options for everybody to enjoy. There is also a Starbucks that is included. What a nice addition! The gold sandy beach by the hotel is excellent. No rocks anywhere to be found. We just had an excellent and very relaxing vacation. Thank you Krystal Grand Altitude!!

I stayed in the Altitude tower from 3/13-3/19. It was definitely a wonderful stay . I had a personal concierge Janar and he was great ! He made all my reservations for the restaurants on the property and even offered to help if I needed anything off the resort. My only issue was with Jason from the Red Fish seafood restaurant. He was very rude, my fiancée and I tried to get his attention to order drinks on several occasions and he ignored us . When I finally got his attention he yelled out I AM NOT YOUR WAITER and walked off . I immediately went upstairs to complain. Its was definitely giving racism!!! Mind you tbere were exactly 3 other couples sitting in the restaurant at that moment! JASON was very rude ans unprofessional! Besides my issue with Jason my stay was great !

A Perfect Honeymoon Celebration at Krystal Grand Cancun! We had the most incredible time at Krystal Grand Cancun celebrating our honeymoon with seven of our friends! This wasn’t our first time at the resort, and once again, it did not disappoint. The food was outstanding—so many great options at the buffet, and we especially loved The Grill restaurant. Late-night room service was a game-changer, and we couldn’t resist ordering Caesar salads and ceviche daily (seriously, 1-3 times a day!). The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, with stunning ocean views, multiple pools to enjoy, and a lively yet relaxing atmosphere. The drinks started flowing at 11 AM, and we had so much fun trying different cocktails throughout our stay. The nightly entertainment added to the experience, making each evening fun and memorable. Sharing this experience with our friends made it even more special, and we were so happy to introduce them to this amazing resort. We can’t wait to return and create more unforgettable memories! Highly recommend Krystal Grand Cancun for a perfect mix of relaxation and fun.

We got engaged while staying at the KRYSTAL GRAND and we loved the property. Staff were easy and flexible and always accommodating. The beach was absolutely beautiful and our rooms were always cleaned before the afternoon. I think the only complaint we had was the restaurants weren’t always open and I wish there was a more comprehensive schedule that was easy to access. But being my only complaint we still weren't upset by it

Beautiful white sand beach. Staff very pleasant with helping with all your needs. I have a Gluten Free diet & all restaurants are very careful in preparing my special food. Great to meet the head chiefs & head waiters to take the care in preparing my GF diet.

The room was very satisfactory. The beach was awesome! There could be more loungers at the beach and pools. If you don't get up before 7 to reserve a spot there is a good chance you won't get one until late afternoon. We enjoyed the specialty restaurants but did think they could have more seafood options. The buffet was good but a little on the smaller side. Room service menu is small as well but the service was timely. Janer was our concierge and did a great job booking the restaurants for us and getting a us a bali bed one day. Lots of flea market shopping within walking disrance. We are already planning a return trip to Altitude!

This was my first all inclusive deal and KRYSTAL GRAND CANCÚN had some hits and misses. Great place for kids and families looking for fun and quiet during the week. On Thursday and Friday you can hear CONGO BONGO down the street and the 1:30AM fireworks really was a surprise 😅 Would stay again but there’s many resorts in the area I would like to check out next time. Reyna our housekeeper was a dream, be sure to tip the lovely lady at the end of your stay.
