So, I would give this place a solid 4.5. The bad - The fact there are no TV’s in the solo rooms just seems cheap. Televisions cost nothing these days. Also, the transportation to the airport is so overpriced it’s crazy lol. I payed 18 euros to go to the airport at 4am and there’s was 48 euros. The good - Everything else, the employees, the gym, the common areas, the rooms besides the lack of a television, and the area around.

Convenient location in a quiet neighborhood slightly off the beaten path, cute clean apartment with functional amenities and good air conditioning that came in handy during the summer heat wave!

Spatious, modern and elegant with an excellent location.

The studio apartment was well set up and had lovely big windows with views to a leafy intersection. The support facilities were great, I got my laundry done with no fuss. The area is also a plas - the Plaza Olavide is one of the nicest urban plazas to spend time in, it seems like a real locals area and has lots of cafes and bars. The booking platform I used wasn't helpful but once I got through directly to the BeMate staff they were fantastic.

Great location and amazing staff. Walking distance to many important places in Madrid.

Quarto limpo e novo, aliás, toda a estrutura do hotel muito nova e tudo funciona muito bem. Funcionários educados e prestativos. Café da manhã muito bom e hotel bem localizado. Habitación limpia y moderna; de hecho, todas las instalaciones del hotel son muy nuevas y todo funciona perfectamente. El personal es amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. El desayuno es muy bueno y el hotel está muy bien ubicado.

I booked a room for three nights for my daughter, according to her impressions, the hotel was very beautiful and elegantly decorated. The staff was super nice and professional. The bed was very comfortable and breakfasts were really tasty. She loved it
