Not disabled friendly. No elevators, steps and stairs everywhere. The restaurant was woefully understaffed for breakfast, which was unacceptable as there were 20 sleeping rooms booked for the event. Where did they think we were going to have breakfast!

The remodeling was done very nicely. I have stayed there a number of times and have observed the ongoing improvements which have greatly improved what was a somewhat rundown hotel. The rooms and hallways have been totally redone....nice job.

It was an old hotel that smelled very old and musty. It really was a bad smell. I went directly to a store to buy air freshener and plugins. The bathrooms were tiny. The beds were doubles so they were great for 1 person each. They were comfortable. The air conditioner worked great. The rooms served their purpose. The outdoor pool was nice but there was no where to sit. It was extremely over crowded. The restaurant served delicious drinks and mediocre food. The menu is too fancy and pricey for the hotel. The ice machine for one half of the hotel was out of ice every morning. Overall, it seemed cleaned, but smelly. I would stay somewhere else next time.

The facility is outdated without any USB ports in the rooms and the outlets worn.and old. You cannot stream on the facilities. TVs to watch shows that you would like from your device with limited channels available. Our room smelt of must and mold. We were on the bottom floor children on the second floor. The children did nothing but run and jump for the 2 days that we were there All hours of the morning, day and evening. I asked the staff if they could say something to the parents about the children's behavior and was told that the hotel depends on sports families and that they were afraid to say anything to get them upset.
