The hotel itself is comfortable and conveniently located but the rooms have some issues. In ours, the bathroom faucet was loose and would shoot water everywhere. The shower handle was also loose and it was difficult to turn off the shower. We found the area a bit sketchy, there were panhandlers asking for change in the parking lot and a drunk lady was screaming at her boyfriend keeping us up at night. There were also renovations going on which made the check in slow and areas such as the pool unavailable. I’m sure it will be improved but I would not stay at this hotel again.

The room I was given faced the sun all afternoon and even with the air conditioner going it was still to hot in the room. I even shut the curtains. The food at the lounge was amazing and the service was pretty good.

Very nice location, staff was super friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed having access to a restaurant and a bar close by. Disappointed the pool was under renovations. Also our room was really warm, despite having thr A/C on the entire time. I wouls still book this hotel again next time we come around. The amenities, friendly staff and excellent cleanliness brought comfort that will invite us to return again

We were excited to stay at this hotel in a family room (bunk beds and king in a separate bedroom). Upon arrival we learned it was a bit of a construction site and the pool was closed but they are renovating and they have to do it sometime so we understood. Our room smelled funny and was quite grungy but we were exhausted so didn’t care. We couldn’t get the a/c units to work. Called the front desk and a maintenance guy came right away. He couldn’t get them working. The front desk offered to change our room to either a jacuzzi or a loft suit. My husband went to look and chose the loft. It was obviously a brand new suit and very nice but only had one bed so my 11 and 13 year old had to share a pull out couch that was very uncomfortable.

Not worth the money

Disappointed that the pool was under renovation and that there was no mention of it on this site. We stayed in a family room, but the set up didn’t quite work you can tell that they took a coffee table and a sofa bed out of the area and put two twin beds in. Very difficult to shut the main door into the hallway with the bed in the way. Walls are paper, thin and we were staying beside a group that had rented several rooms together. We could hear them talking And laughing into the early hours. Air conditioning only hits the bedroom and not the beds in the front part of the room. Pretty uncomfortable when it’s hot out. $250 a night when the place is under construction and there’s a dust everywhere and the pool isn’t working is in my view exorbitant.Especially when theirs is. Especially when there’s no breakfast served and you’re expected to go to Denny’s.
