When checking in the staff were friendly. I had a complaint and went to discuss with front desk and she was dismissive. The room had dirty carpet in the corner.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. Extremely dirty (scum around the toilets and sinks, stains in the carpets), wet dirty towels all over the pool area and inside the steam room, the hot tub literally burned my feet it was so hot. The planes flying overhead would shake the building. You would hear it when anyone in the building would flush a toilet. This is a party hotel, bot a confortable stay.

The lady at check in was not the friendly. And when we wike up Sunday morning from the second floor room, there was loud music (sounded like a church service) was so loud it woke me up at 8:00 am. I had a weekend away and could sleep in with no kids so I was not impressed. It was coming from the congress center. Other then that everything was good.

Great price for a few nights sleep. Husband had surgery @ PLC & this hotel was a short drive. Front desk was efficient at thier job. The carpeting in the elevators is in dire need of replacing- takes away from the rest of the updates. Comfy bed, room was clean. Close to all amenities. Lots of parking.

Terrible and inflexible

This hotel is absolutely miserable. The check in process was a joke that consisted of 20 minutes of "we have the wrong dates for your booking" despite having email confirmation, "you owe us an additional $65" even though prices were set on Hotels.com (which is not supporting me in any way during this process), "your lucky you even have a room, we almost gave it away since you didn't check in by 10pm" even though they were notified in writing that I was checking in in the middle of the night (after a drive from Winnipeg), the room has damaged furniture, the smoke detector is falling off the ceiling, there is literally nothing about my stay with the exception of there being a physical bed to sleep on that is acceptable with this stay. Pay the extra and stay elsewhere
