Beautiful hotel with multiple dining options in and around the hotel. Walking distance to the tower. The only thing was, the booking had included the buffet breakfast yet we had a small menu given to us. I checked my email after check out and it did state that the breakfast buffet was included. Also the cheese board was disappointing as it was subpar. The service was excellent though. Thank yoj.

Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed a weekend getaway here. The rooms are comfortable. The pool with fire pits is wonderful. We enjoyed dinner by the pool and breakfast The Yellow Door. The area is great for shopping and dining.

Lovely property within an easy walk to Stephen Avenue. Nice pool area which would be fantastic in summer. Staff are lovely and helpful. My only note would be that the walls are thin and we need brain bleach after hearing our neighbors.

Best value in YYC

Based on location, hotel, amenities, and service, I think this is the best value downtown Calgary. The pool is available all year round, there are multiple restaurants on site, the area is full of fantastic dining and there is a lot you can walk too easily. On my most recent day, I had a problem with one of the outlets, not holding the plug and they came and repaired it quickly and also offered to switch my room if I preferred. Everyone at the front desk and the bar are very helpful. One of my colleagues finds the Heating and cooling system too loud however, And is not keen on staying there for this reason.

We like Hotel Arts for short getaways, the covered pool has a wonderful ambiance. Yellow Door Bistro has great food choices as well as wine pairings. Freestyle Social Club (which includes poolside service) was fun with Golf Simulator and good food/snacks and drinks. Underground parking in -25°C was a plus as well.
