Property met our needs by being close to Calgary Airport. Shuttle service to and from airport was very helpful, although shuttle was already fully booked for a couple of the time slots we wanted, so we had to leave much earlier than we needed to.

Overall the property was great. The breakfast was so much better than other hotels. Furnitures are old but everything is clean. Staff was friendly and professional. Nimrat went above and beyond to give us a complimentary late check out. It's usually 10$/hour. One thing I would like the hotel to improve is in the airconditioning/heating unit. I am a person who loves to sleep in a well air circulated room and I like the sound of the fan running. Unfortunately I was not able to run the fun indefinitely and the fan would only turn on if the AC went on. This affected my sleep. There is a ceiling fan but it would be better if there was an option to run the AC unit fan constantly irrespective of whether the AC was running or not. Everything else was good.

It would be great if the breakfast menu could be alternated more frequently. During our stay, the same selection of food was served for 3 consecutive days. By the 3rd day, we already felt tired of the options and it was hard to enjoy the meal simply because it lacked variety.
